Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանն ասուլիսով ամփոփեց աշխատանքային գործունեության 6 ամիսը:
Չֆիքսվենք այն փաստի վրա, որ իր նախնական խոսքում ծառայության պետն այդպես էլ չանդրադարձավ որևէ իրական գործողության, որը միտված է սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանությանը: Նա նշեց, որ այս ընթացքն օգտագործել են խնդիրներն ախտորոշելու համար:
Կարծում եմ՝ մի փոքր երկար են ախտորոշել, քանզի այն, ինչ ախտորոշել են, վաղուց հրապարակված էր մամուլում և կարելի էր մի քանի հոդվածի ընթերցմամբ այդ ամենին ծանոթանալ:
Անդրադառնամ մի քանի ուշագրավ հարցերի, որոնց ստիպված էր բանախոսը պատասխանել:
1. Ինչո՞ւ հունվարի 1-ից հանրապետությունում իրացվող մսամթերքի հետ առկա չէ ուղեկցող փաստաթուղթ, երբ կառավարության ծրագրով այդ ամենը ամրագրված էր: Ծառայության պետը պատասխանեց՝ փետրվարից առկա են, իսկ ով էլ չունի, տուգանվում է:
Զարմանալի է այդ վստահությունը, քանզի միսը շարունակվում է վաճառվել առանց ուղեկցող փաստաթղթի, իսկ թե քանի տուգանք է նշանակվել, այդպես էլ չասաց, եթե, իհարկե, նշանակվել է:
2. Հարցին, որ համակարգը համալրվում է ոչ մասնագետներով, պատասխանեց, որ նման բան չկա, ուղղակի ՏՏ ոլորտի մասնագետներ էլ են անհրաժեշտ: Մինչդեռ ծառայության կայքում պարզ տեսանելի է, որ բոլոր բարձր պաշտոն զբաղեցնողները ոչ մասնագետներ են և ի դեպ՝ հիմնական մասը ՏՏ ոլորտի հետ կապ չունի:
3. Ֆանտաստիկ էր նաև, երբ լրագրողի պարզ հարցին, թե ինչ հիմքով եք իրականացրել ստուգում: Բանախոսը հորդորեց հարցը ներկայացնել գրավոր: Հարց է առաջանում, եթե պատրաստ չէ նվազագույն հարցերի պատասխանել, ինչո՞ւ է ասուլիս հրավիրում:
Հ.Գ. Իշխան Կարապետյանը ծառայության պետ է նշանակվել նոյեմբերին, ապրիլին աշխատել էր առավելագույնը 5 ամիս, բայց ամփոփում էր 6-ը: Ստացվում է՝ ՏՏ ոլորտի մասնագետները տարրական հաշվարկ անել էլ չգիտեն, իսկ այս պարագայում այլ բան ակնկալելը միամտություն է: Ինչպես ասում էր բարոն Մյունհաուզենը. «Ես ստախոս չեմ, ես ռոմանտիկ եմ, հավատում եմ ինքս իմ ասածներին»:
