Վարչապետը տվեց ներկրվող գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքները տեղականով փոխարինելու հանձնարարական

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության նիստում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ներկրվող ապրանքները տեղական արտադրանքով փոխարինելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարական տվեց: «Բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել ենք ներկրվող ապրանքները մրցունակ և որակյալ տեղական արտադրանքով փոխարինելու մեր որդեգրած քաղաքականության մասին: Նշվածը վերաբերում է բոլոր ոլորտներին՝ այդ թվում գյուղատնտեսությանը: Գյուղատնտեսւթյան նախարարություն իրականացրած մեր աշխատանքային այցի արդյունքում վերհանվել է տեղական արտադրանքի խրախուսման երկու հստակ ուղղություն, որոնք են հանքային և կենսաբանական պարարտանյութերի արտադրությունը, տեղական սերմնաբուծությունը, համապատասխան սելեկցիոն կայանների զարգացումը և այդ ոլորտի համակարգումը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:
Հաշվի առնելով վերոհիշյալը՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը գյուղնախարարին հանձնարարեց 1-ամսյա ժամկետում ուսումնասիրել ոլորտում առկա սելեկցիոն կայանները և սերմնաբուծությամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունը, աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել այդ ոլորտը զարգացնելու և համակարգելու վերաբերյալ Կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ` հստակ հաշվարկելով դրանց ներկրվող ապրանքներին փոխարինելու դեպքում հատկացվող ծախսերի համեմատականը: Գործադիրի խոսքով` ըստ անհրաժեշտության պետք է աշխատանքներին ներգրավել նաև «Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարան» ; հիմնադրամի մասնագետներին:
Վարչապետը ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության և տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարներին հանձնարարեց նաև համատեղ քննարկել և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել Հայաստանում հանքային և կենսաբանական պարարտանյութերի արտադրության ուղղությամբ հնարավոր ներդրումային ծրագրի ամբողջական փաթեթ և, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ:
«Այդ երկու ոլորտն էլ շատ տրամաբանական, շահութաբեր, հասկանալի բիզնես են: Ընթացքում պետք է խոսենք մասնավոր հատվածի հետ, չեմ կարծում, որ ներդրող չենք գտնի: Միաժամանակ, բոլոր այն ՊՈԱԿ-ները, որոնք ունեն բիզնես բաղադրիչ, քննարկում ենք՝ կառավարումը հանձնել մասնավորին»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
