Ամենայն հավանականությամբ Արա Բաբլոյանը կնշանակվի Շվեյցարիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան և այդ պաշտոնում կփոխարինի Շառլ Անձնավուրին։ Ըստ շրջանառվող լուրերի, դեսպանի պաշտոն է նախատեսվում նաև տիկին Նաղդալյանի համար։ Մենք վաղուց արդեն սովոր էինք այն վիճակին, երբ Հայաստանին հասցեագրված սպառնալիքներին կամ միջազգային շանտաժներին պատասխանում էր ՀՀ ՊՆ մամլո խոսնակը, որի գործառույթները բացարձակ կապ չունեն այդ ամենի հետ։ Սովորել էինք նաև այն իրականությանը, որ Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանին տեսնելու ենք Ամանորից Ամանոր, հայտնի լիմոնադի պատմության նման։ Բայց այս մեկն արդեն ողբերգության գագաթնակետն է։

Բնավ կասկածի տակ չենք դնում պարոն Բաբլոյանի մասնագիտական որակները մանկական վիրաբուժության և ուրոլոգիայի բնագավառում։ Բայց ի՞նչ կապ ունի նա դիվանագիտության հետ ընդհանրապես։ Սրան գումարենք այն հանգամանքը, որ խոսք է գնում եվրոպական առանցքային երկրում ՝ Շվեյցարիայում դեսպան նշանակելու մասին։ Անկեղծ ասած, Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի պարագայում կարող էինք կասկածի տակ դնել նրա տնտեսագիտական ունակությունները՝ համապատասխան կրթության առկայությամբ, սակայն տիկնոջ սեփական բիզնեսների հաջող ընթացքը մեզ ստիպում են հրաժարվել այս մտքից։ Սակայն նա ևս, որևէ առնչություն չունի դիվանագիտության կամ դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի հետ։ Ստացվում է ի՞նչ։ Խրիմյան Հայրիկի ժամանակներից ի վեր, մենք չենք հասկացել դիվանագիտական արվեստի ճկունության պարզագույն կանոնները։ Դասականը կասեր ՝ ողբամ զքեզ, հայոց աշխարհ։
