Fithacker.ru-ն գրում է, որ յոդը քսելով մարմնին՝ կարելի է հասկանալ՝ արդյո՞ք օրգանիզմը յոդի պակաս ունի, թե՞ ոչ, բուժել հազը, ազատվել հարբուխից և մրսածությունից, արագացնել վնասվածքների ապաքինումը։

Ինչպե՞ս հասկանալ՝ օրգանիզմին բավարարո՞ւմ է յոդի քանակը։ Վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ աշխարհի բնակչության բավական ստվար զանգվածի օրգանիզմին չի բավարարում յոդի մակարդակը, ինչը վահանաձև գեղձի պաթոլոգիաների պատճառ է դառնում։ Հասկանալու համար՝ արդյոք օրգանիզմին բավարարո՞ւմ է յոդի քանակը, կարող եք յոդով գծեր անել։

• Գերադասելի է դրանք անել ազդրի ներսային հատվածում։ Եթե երեք ժամ անց գծերից որևէ հետք չմնա, սա օրգանիզմում յոդի ակնհայտ պակասի նշան է։ Այս դեպքում պարտադիր է բժշկի խորհրդատվությունը։
• Եթե յոդը մաշկի մեջ ներծծվում է 6-8 ժամվա ընթացքում, սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ օրգանիզմը յոդի պակաս ունի, բայց խնդիրը կարելի է լուծել՝ սննդակարգ ներառելով մթերք, որը յոդ է պարունակում։
• Եթե օրգանիզմը յոդի պակաս չունի, հետքերը կվերանան միայն օրեր անց։

Ինչով է սա օգտակար մրսածության և հարբուխի դեպքում։ Յոդով գծերը կարող եք գծել հարբուխի դեպքում. հարկավոր է յոդը բարակ գծերով քսել քթին: Այս դեպքում հարկավոր է շատ զգույշ լինել և շատ քիչ քսել, հակառակ դեպքում կարող եք այրվածք ստանալ. այդ հատվածում մաշկը բավական նուրբ է։ Մրսածության դեպքում յոդով գծեր արեք ոտնաթաթերին։

Յոդով գծեր՝ վնասվածքների դեպքում։ Վնասվածք ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո հարկավոր չէ յոդ օգտագործել։ Խորհուրդ է տրվում դա անել մեկ օր անց։
