«Երևան Սիթի»-ն զբաղվո՞ւմ է շորթությամբ

 Երևանում գործող ամենամեծ սուպերմարկետների ցանց ունեցող «Երևան Սիթի» սուպերմարկետի աշխատակիցներից մեկը Past.am-ին պատմել է, որ իրենց սուպերմարկետի անվտանգության աշխատակիցները խանութում գողություն արած քաղաքացիներից կաշառք են պահանջում ոստիկանության «ձեռքը» չտալու համար:

Մեր զրուցակիցը մանրամասնեց, որ սովորաբար երբ բռնում են գողին, տանում են անվտանգության աշխատակիցների համար նախատեսված սենյակ, պահանջում տալ գողացած ապրանքը: Դրանից հետո առաջարկում են զանգել որևէ մեկին, ով կարճ ժամանակահատվածում խանութ կարող է բերել 50 հազար դրամ, որն ըստ աշխատակիցների՝ «Երևան Սիթի»-ում գողության համար նշանակված տուգանքի չափն է: Եթե գողության մեջ մեղադրվողի ընկերներից կամ հարազատներից մեկը բերում է պահանջված 50 հազար դրամը, ապա նրան հանգիստ բաց են թողնում, իսկ եթե վերջինս հրաժարվում է վճարել «տուգանք» կոչվածը, ապա աշխատակիցները կանչում են ոստիկանության աշխատակցին:

Հետաքրքրական է, որ աշխատակիցները ոչ միայն խախտում են քաղաքացիների անմեղության կանխավարկածը, այլ նաև իրավունք չունեն «տուգանքի» անվան տակ գումար շորթել: Բնականաբար ցանկացած ընկերության տուգանք նշանակելու որոշումը պետք է բխի օրենքից, իսկ այս դեպքում կատարվածը համարվում է գողություն, որի հանգամանքերը պետք է պարզեն իրավապահ մարմինները:

Հաշվի առնենք նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ մինչև 5 հազար դրամ արժեք ունեցող իրի գողության ժամանակ իրավապահ մարմինները հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառով չեն կարող հետաքննություն սկսել կամ նյութեր նախապատրաստել, հետաքննություն կարող է սկսվել, եթե գողացված ապրանքի արժեքը գերազանցում է 5 հազար դրամը:

Իսկ, ահա, մեզ ահազանգողի փոխանցմամբ՝ «Երևան Սիթի»-ի տնօրինությունը պահանջում է բերել 50 հազար դրամ նաև 5 հազար դրամից քիչ արժեք ունեցող ապրանքի գողության համար:

«Երևան Սիթի»-ից պարզաբանում ստանալու նպատակով զանգահարեցինք անվտանգության բաժնի պատասխանատու Ժաննա Գրիգորյանին, ով մեզ հետ զրույցում հերքեց այդ տեղեկությունը՝ շեշտելով, որ իր ենթաշխատակիցներն իրավասու չեն այդ հարցը լուծելու կամ գումար վերցնել:

Հետաքրքիր է սակայն, որ մեզ այս տեղեկությունը հայտնել է հենց սուպերմարտեկի աշխատակիցներից մեկը, ում փոխանցմամբ՝ ինքն ամեն օր առնչվում է «Երևան Սիթի»-ի արդարության վերականգման այս մեխանիզմի հետ:
