Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Սիրիայի Իդլիբ նահանգի Խան Շայխուն բնակավայրում տեղի ունեցած զանգվածային քիմիական թունավորումից, դրան հետևած ամերիկյան պատժիչ ռազմագործողությունից հետո սիրիական հակամարտության շրջանակներում արձանագրվում է որակապես նոր իրավիճակ, անցում է կատարվում նոր շրջափուլի: Միաժամանակ, դրա հետ կապված, սկզբունքային փոփոխություն է արձանագրվում նաև հինախնդրի քաղաքական բաղադրիչում. այս հարցում, բնականաբար, բավական կարևոր նշանակություն ունի գերտերությունների դիրքորոշումների դինամիկան:

Հատկապես Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմի կառավարման վերջին շրջանում էական փոփոխություն էր արձանագրվել սիրիական հիմնախնդրի առնչությամբ Վաշինգտոնի մոտեցման առաջնահերթությունների շարքում՝ Բաշար ալ-Ասադի անվերապահ հեռացման փոխարեն՝ Սիրիայում գործող ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դեմ պայքարը: Այս իրողությունը դոմինոյի էֆեկտով ազդեց ինչպես հակամարտությանն անուղղակիորեն ներգրավված արևմտյան մի շարք այլ դերակատարների մոտեցումների վրա, այնպես էլ ուղղակի ազդեցություն ունեցավ սիրիական հիմնախնդրի հանգուցալուծմանը միտված քաղաքական ձևաչափերի, մասնավորապես Ժնևյան գործընթացի վրա՝ ամրագրվելով սիրիական թնջուկի հանգուցալուծմանը միտված հիմնական իրավաքաղաքական փասատթղթի՝ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի 2268 բանաձևի միջոցով (26.02.2016թ.):

Ի դեպ, միջազգային տարաբնույթ ձևաչափերում Սիրիայում միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի առաջնահերթությունը դոմինանտ էր ամբողջ 2016թ. ընթացքում, մինչև՝ 2017թ. ապրիլի սկիզբը: Զանգվածային քիմիական թունավորումը Սիրիայում և ԱՄՆ-ի՝ առաջին միտումնավոր թիրախավորված հարվածը սիրիական կառավարական ուժերի դիրքերին, դրան հաջորդած քաղաքական զարգացումները կրկին օրակարգ վերադարձրին սիրիական հիմնախնդրի սկզբնավորման թիվ 1 սկզբունքային միտքը՝ «Ասադը պետք է հեռանա»: Ի դեպ, այս թեզը, մեկը մյուսից առաջ ընկնելով, դարձյալ կրկնեցին բոլոր այն արտաքին դերակատարները, որոնց՝ տարբեր մակարդակի մասնակցության հետևանքով մերօրյա աշխարհի ամենախրթին հիմնախնդիրը վերաճեց այսօրինակ գլոբալ առճակատման հարթակի՝ ինչն է հատկանշական՝ դարձյալ ԱՄՆ-ի դիրիժորությամբ:

Մինչդեռ ներկա իրավիճակում, նախկինի համեմատ, առկա է մի էական տարբերություն՝ եթե գործընթացները Սիրիայի ներսում և նրանից դուրս, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի դիվանագիտական ճկունությունը տևական ժամանակի ընթացքում առարկայական ջանքերի ու փոխզիջումների գնով կարողացան էականորեն մեղմել իր բնույթով բավական փոխզիջումային Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմի քաղաքական ուղեգիծը, ապա Սիրիայի նախագահին «կենդանի» բնորոշած Դոնալդ Թրամպի և նրա գլխավորած թիմի պարագայում նվազագույն տեղաշարժի հասնելն անգամ գրեթե անհնար է լինելու: Ավելին՝ Թրամպի վարչակազմի դիրքորոշումը ներկայում անզիջողականության նշաձողի ամենաբարձր աստիճանում է և դրսևորվում է ոչ միայն Բաշար ալ-Ասադի դեմ, այլ՝ վերջնագրային տեսքով ներկայացվում նաև վերջինի դաշնակիցներին և հովանավորներին:

Այսպիսով, փաստում ենք՝ ակնհայտ հետընթաց է արձանագրվում նաև սիրիական հիմնախնդրի հանգուցալուծման քաղաքական սկզբունքների տեսանկյունից. առավել անզիջում հիմքերով օրակարգ է վերադառնում Ալ-Ասադի հեռացման նախապայմանը:
