Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը 2017թ. Հայաստանի համար 3 տոկոսին մոտ տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսում: Ապրիլի 12-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան առաքելության ղեկավար Հոսեին Սամին ընդգծեց, որ վերջին դիտարկումների արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ 2017թ. առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվության մակարդակը բավականին բարձր է: «Ուստի մենք կանխատեսում ենք, որ 2017թ. կարձանագրվի 3 տոկոսին մոտ տնտեսական աճ, իսկ գնաճը կարագանա և տարեվերջին կմոտենա 2 տոկոսի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Հոսեին Սամին:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա ընդգծեց, որ տարվա կտրվածքով ռիսկերը կարող են մեծ լինել: Հուսեին Սամին հիշեցրեց, որ 2016թ. առաջին երկու եռամսյակներում ևս երկրում տնտեսական ակտիվության մակարդակը բարձր է եղել, սակայն ցածր է եղել երրորդ և չորրորդ եռամսյակներում, ինչի հետևանքով երկրի տնտեսական աճը գրեթե մոտ է եղել զրո տոկոսի:
Հուսեին Սամին նկատում է, որ Հայաստանը, 2014թ. սկսած, կրում է արտաքին ցնցումների ազդեցությունը: «Մասնավորապես, էականորեն նվազել են արտերկրից դրամական փոխանցումները, և պղնձի միջազգային գները, որը Հայաստանի կողմից արտահանվող հիմնական ապրանքներից է: Այս երկուսի նվազումն ազդել է երկրի գնողունակության և հայաստանցիների գնողունակության վրա: Արդյունքում թույլ է եղել ներքին պահանջարկը, որը ներառում է ներդրումը և ներքին սպառումը: 2016թ. նվազել են և ներքին ներդրումները, և ներքին սպառումը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ ամենի արդյունքում 2016թ. արձանագրվել է ընդամենը 0.2 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ, որն ուղեկցվել է գնանկումային ճնշումներով, որոնք պայմանավորված են եղել թույլ ներքին պահանջով: Ցնցումները և ավելի ցածր տնտեսական ակտիվությունն ազդել են նաև պետական բյուջեի եկամուտների ցուցանիշների վրա: 2016թ. պետական եկամուտները նախատեսվածից ցածր են եղել, իսկ արտաքին աղբյուրներից ֆինանսավորված կապիտալ ծախսերն ավելի շատ են կատարվել:
