ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետը կարևորում է ծառայության գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործում մեծ քանակությամ պահանջատեր սպառողների ներգրավվածությունը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ապրիլի 12-ին լրագրողների հետ հադնիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանն ասաց, որ ծառայության արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործում կարևոր է, որ սպառողները գիտակցեն իրենց շահերը և լինեն պահանջատեր: Նրա խոսքով` այդ ուղղությամբ իրենք ունեն բավականին դրական դինամիկա և ցուցանիշներ, քանի որ ծառայությունը որակապես նոր ձևաչափով գործարկել է թեժ գիծը, որի միջոցով 6 ամիսների ընթացքում ստացել է 1112 զանգ:
«Դրանց մի մասը վերաբերել է առկա դեպքերին, որոնց արձագանքել ենք բավականին օպերատիվ: Մյուս մասը վերաբերել է տեղեկատվությանը կամ խորհրդատվությանը: Միայն 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում ստացել ենք շուրջ 747 զանգ, ինչը երեք անգամ ավելի է քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածը: Դա նշանակում է, որ սպառողներն առավել դրական են տրամադրված: Տեսնում ենք միտում, որ նրանք բարձրացնում են ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ ՍԱՊԾ-ն անպատասխան չի թողել սպառողից ստացված որևէ ահազանգ և պետական վերահսկողությունն իրականացնում է՝ առաջնորդվելով սպառողների շահերով. այս տարի ծառայության նախաձեռնությամբ մարտի 15-ին նշվեց Սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության համաշխարհային օրը, իրազեկման և քարոզչական աշխատանքներ տարվեցին: Կարապետյանի տեղեկացմամբ` ծառայությունը սերտորեն համագործակցում է նաև հասարակական սեկտորի հետ և, ծառայությանը կից նորաստեղծ հասարակական խորհրդի ներգրավմամբ, նախատեսում է համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնել:
ՍԱՊԾ «Թեժ գծով» ստացված 1112 զանգերից 139-ը եղել են բողոքներ, իսկ 973-ի դեպքում տրվել է խորհրդատվություն: Բողոքներից 29-ը՝ 20.9%-ը, ստացվել են սոցիալական ցանցերի, ԶԼՄ-ների և ծառայության պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային փոստի՝ [email protected], իսկ 79.1%-ը` ծառայության թեժ գծի միջոցով: Առաջին եռամսյակի համեմատականով՝ անցած տարվա 203-ի դիմաց այս տարի թեժ գծին ստացվել է 747 զանգ:
