Վրաստանի նոր նախագահին կընտրի խորհրդարանը, եթե խորհրդարանն ընտրի նոր սահմանադրություն

Նախորդ տարվա աշնանը Վրաստանում կայացած ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքում խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը վերանվաճած «Վրացական երազանքը», ինչպես և սպասելի էր նախաձեռնել է երկրի սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխույուններ կատարելու գործընթաց: Նշված մեծամասնություն կազմելու «երանությունը» կայանում է նրանում, որ «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության մանդատների թվաքանակը վերջինի համար ապահովում է սահմանադրական մեծամասնբություն, ինչը հենց նշանակում է, որ տվյալ քաղաքական ուժը խորհրդարանում քվեարկության միջոցով կարող է փոխել Վրաստանի սահմանադրությունը: Արդեն իսկ համապատասխան հանձնաժողովում ներկայացված նախագծում, քննարկվում են սահմանադրության՝ փոփոխության «ենթակա» կետերը:
Թերևս ամենաառանցքային կետերից մեկը վերաբերում է երկրի նախագահի ընտրության հարցին: Ըստ այդմ, նոր ձևաչափին համապատասխան նախագահն ընտրվելու է Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների, Աջարիայի և Աբխազիայի ներկայացուցչական մարմինների և տեղեկան ինքնակառավարման մարմինները ներկայացնող՝ թվով 300 հոգանոց պատվիրակների կողմից: Նախագահ կարող է ընտրվել առնվազն 15 տարի Վրաստանում մշտական բնակություն ունեցող, 40 տարեկան այդ երկրի քաղաքացի: Նախագահի լիազորությունները բավականին նվազեցվելու են:
Փոխվելու է նաև ընտրակարգը, որն ամբողջությամբ համամասնական կդառնա, իսկ նախընտրական դաշինքներ չեն ձևավորվի: Պատգամավոր դառնալու թույլատրելի տարիքային շեմը 21-ից կբարձրացվի 25-ի:
