«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ Արգամ Աբրահամյանի հրաժարականից հետո քաղաքում նոր ընտրություններ են նշանակվելու, որի ժամանակ եւս մրցակցությունը թեժ է լինելու, քանի որ գնալու է Արտաշատը վերցնելու եւ Արտաշատը չհանձնելու պայքար:
ՀՀԿ-ն, որը խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքում հաղթանակ տարավ Արարատի մարզում, խնդիր է դրել վերցնել քաղաքը, որը տարիներ շարունակ եղել է Աբրահամյանների տիրապետության տակ: Իսկ Աբրահամյանները արդեն իսկ հայտարարել են, որ չեն պատրաստվում քաղաքը հանձնել ՀՀԿ-ին:
Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով՝ Աբրահամյանների թեկնածուն լինելու է ներկայումս Արտաշատի փոխքաղաքապետ Գագիկ Պողոսյանը: Ավելին, ԲՀԿ-ն ընտրությունների ժամանակ սատարելու է հենց Գագիկ Պողոսյանին:
Վերջինս «Ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ դեռ վաղ է խոսել իր առաջադրման մասին: «Մեր քաղաքապետի լիազորությունները դեռ չեն ավարտվել: Երբ ավարտվեն, կհայտարարվի նոր ընտրության մասին՝ այդ ժամանակ կխոսենք։ Հիմա ոչ մի բան չեմ կարող ասել»,- ասաց Պողոսյանը: ՀՀԿ-ն նույնպես քննարկումների մեջ է եւ դեռ հստակ թեկնածու չունի»:
