Մեր մարմինը ազդանշաններ է ուղարկում օրգանիզմի խնդիրների և հիվանդությունների մասին: Լեզուն ևս բացառություն չէ, լեզվի վիճակով կարելի է որոշել օրգանիզմի առողջական վիճակը:

Դա կարող է նշանակել, որ օրգանիզմին վիտամիններ են պակասում: Ձեր սննդակարգում պակասում են երկաթ և վիտամին B12: Դրա արդյունքում լեզուն կարող է «ճաղատանալ»:

Դա վկայում է բերանի խոռոչի վատ հիգիենայի մասին կամ կարող է առաջանալ ծխելու, սուրճ կամ սև թեյ օգտագործելու արդյունքում: Արդյունքում կարող է տհաճ հոտ առաջանալ: Առաջին հերթին պետք է հրաժարվել վնասակար սովորություններից:
