Խորհուրդներ գինեկոլոգից չամուսնացած աղջիկներին

Շատ հաճախ ամոթը և վախը խանգարում են կնոջն այցելել գինեկոլոգիական զննման: Նրանց վախեցնում է և՛ պրոցեդուրան, և՛ բժիշկը, երբեմն էլ հենց գինեկոլոգիական աթոռը: Եվ այդ վախը հատկապես տարածված է չամուսնացած աղջիկների մոտ: Հիշեք՝ ամաչելու և վախենալու ոչինչ չկա: Տարվա մեջ գոնե 2 անգամ պետք է այցելել գինեկոլոգիական զննման:

Գրիգոր Նարեկացի բժշկական կենտրոնի գինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքի մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Արամ Սարգսյանը խորհուրդներ է տալիս օրիորդներին, որոնց հետևելով՝ կարելի է խուսափել մի շարք հիվանդություններից և բարդություններից:

Խորհուրդ 1.  Հետևել անձնական հիգիենային

Շատ կարևոր է, որ աղջիկներն ուշադրություն դարձնեն իրենց անձնական հիգիենային:

1.Ձեռքերի, մարմնի, բերանի խոռոչի հիգիենա

2.Ատամների ամենօրյա մաքրում

3.Արտաքին սեռական օրգանների հիգիենա

4.Ներքնաշորերի մաքրություն

5.Անութափոսի խնամք

6.Ձեռքերի մաքրության պահպանում

7.Մազերի, ականջների, եղունգների խնամք

8.Անձնական հիգիենա դաշտանի ժամանակ

Խորհուրդ 2. Հետևել դաշտանային ցիկլի կանոնավոր ընթացքին և խախտումների դեպքում դիմել բժշկի

Դաշտանային ցիկլն աղջիկների սեռական հասունացման կարևորագույն փուլն է և սեռական հասունացման ֆիզիկական դրսևորումներից մեկը։ Աղջիկների սեռական հասունացման շրջանը սկսվում է 8-13 տարեկանում: Այս շրջանում փոխվում է նրանց մարմինը և միտքը, որը պայմանավորված է հորմոնալ տեղաշարժերով: Ֆիզիկական փոփոխությունները դրսևորվում են օր.՝ կրծքերի աճով և զարգացմամբ, որից մոտավորապես 2- 2.5 տարի հետո սկսվում է դաշտանային ցիկլը: Առաջին ցիկլի սկսվելուց մոտ 6 ամիս առաջ աղջիկը կարող է նկատել առատ հեշտոցային արտադրություն, ինչը նորմայի մեջ է, և պետք չէ անհանգստանալ, եթե այն չունի հոտ և քոր չի առաջացնում: Առաջին դաշտանը կոչվում է մենարխե:

Խորհուրդ 3. Հետևել կրծքագեղձերի աճին և կառուցվածքին

Սեռական հասունացման շրջանում աղջիկների մոտ սկսվում է կաթնագեղձերի արտահայտված զարգացումը։ Ճյուղավորված գեղձային խողովակներից տարբերակվում են սեկրետոր բաժինները՝ ալվեոլներ կամ ացինուսներ։ Սեռական ցիկլի ընթացքում սեկրետոր ակտիվությունը բարձրանում է օվուլյացիայի շրջանում և նվազում դաշտանի ժամանակ։ Օվարիալ հորմոնների գոյացման ավարտից հետո՝ կլիմակտերիկ շրջանի սկսվելուց կամ ավարտից հետո, կաթնագեղձը ենթարկվում է ապաճման։

Խորհուրդ 4.  Հետևել մազածածկերի առաջացմանը մարմնի համապատասխան մասերում, որպեսզի այն լինի համապատասխան հատվածներում (կանացի տիպի)

Մարմնի նոր հատվածներում մազածածկույթի ի հայտ գալը վկայում է նորմալ սեռական զարգացման մասին: Մազերն առաջին հերթին հայտնվում են անութափոսերում, ապա ցայլքի շրջանում: Նրանք որակապես տարբերվում են եղած մազերից. այսինքն՝ նոր հայտնված մազերն ավելի հաստ ու կոշտ են, մուգ և ոլորված: Աղջիկների մոտ մազածածկույթի զարգացմանը նպաստում են սեռական հորմոնները, ինչպես իգական (էստրոգեն), այնպես էլ արական (տեստոստերոն): Հարպտկային և պորտից մինչև ցայլք ընկած հատվածում մազերի առկայությունը նույնպես նորմալ է, և նրանց առկայությունը չպետք է անհանգստության առիթ հանդիսանա:
