Ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեպքով դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրգործ. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է

 Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանում ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքի առթիվ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի Աղաբաբյան փողոցում՝ «Դելֆին» լողավազանի դիմացի ծառերը հատող անձը հանդիսանում է Ա.Ս, որը 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 10-ին՝ ժամը 11:30-ին բերման է ենթ արկվել ոստիկանություն և  խոստովանական բացատրություն է տվել, որ 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 8-ին՝ ժամը 10:30-ի սահմաններում, իրեն պատկանող բենզասղոցով կտրել է թվով 23 «Բարդի» տեսակի ծառեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ նշված տարածքում ապօրինի հատվել է թվով 29 «Բարդի» և «Թեղի» տեսակի ծառեր:
Բուսական աշխարին պատճառված վնասի չափը կազմել է 2.860.000 ՀՀ դրամ:
Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազի ցուցումով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված  հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքը կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն  ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա Ա.Ս.-ն  ձերբակալվել է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
