Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդունել է Իրանի դեսպանին

 ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ապրիլի 11-ին ընդունեց  Հայաստանում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջադիին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:

Հանդիպման նպատակն էր քննարկել արտակարգ իրավիճակների և աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման ու կանխարգելման ոլորտում հայ-իրանական համագործակցության ծավալների ընդլայնումը:  

Կողմերն ընդհանուր հայտարարի եկան առավել սերտացնել ԱԻ ոլորտում համագործակցությունը երկու երկրների միջև՝ նշելով, որ դեկտեմբերին ստորագրված «ՀՀ ԱԻՆ և ԻԻՀ ՆԳՆ միջև արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում համագործակցության մասին» փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրն, ըստ էության, նոր էջ է բացում համատեղ գործունեության խորացման և ընդլայնման համար:

Քննարկվեցին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ի և արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության մի շարք շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների միջև փորձի փոխանակման և համատեղ վարժանքների իրականացման հնարավորություններն ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները:

Իր խոսքում նախարար Տոնոյանը կարևորեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության համատեղ գործունեության դերակատարումը Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման և կանխարգելման հիմնախնդրում՝ նշելով նաև Իրանի Կարմիր մահիկի ներգրավածության կարևորությունը՝ հատկապես Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ գոտիներում իրականացվող աշխատանքներում:

-Հարավային Կովկասը բնական և մարդածին աղետների ռիսկի տեսանկյունից պետք է հնարավորինս անվտանգ լինի, քանի որ տնտեսության և զբոսաշրջության զարգացումն առանց աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման անհնար է: Պետք է համատեղ ուժերով մեր տարածաշրջանում կառուցենք դիմակայուն ապագա,-շեշտեց ԱԻ նախարարը:

Ի լրումն նախարար Տոնոյանն առաջարկեց Հայաստանում Իրանի քաղաքացիների զբոսաշրջության առավել ակտիվ ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ 911 ծառայությունում  սահմանել պարսկերեն լեզվին տիրապետող օպերատորների հերթապահություն, որոնք  կսպասարկեն զբոսաշրջիկների կողմից ստացվող զանգերը:

Խոսելով 2 երկրների միջև փորձի փոխանակման հնարավորություններից՝ դեսպանը բարձր գնահատեց պետական ոլորտում հաշմանդամ աշխատակիցների ներգրավման ԱԻՆ-ի փորձը: 

Հանդիպման ավարտին պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերվեց նաև համատեղ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել ճգնաժամերին արձագանքելու անդրսահմանային մեխանիզմներ մշակելու ուղղությամբ:
