Մշակույթի նախարարությունը իրականացրեց ցուցադրական շտաբային մարզումներ, որոնք ուղղված են հնարավոր պատերազմական իրավիճակում բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտի բարելավմանը։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ մշակույթի փոխնախարար Արթուր Պողոսյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ իրենց նախարարությունն իրականացնում է ընդհանուր զորահավաքային պլանի շտաբային մարզումներ։
«Յուրաքանչյուր նախարարություն խաղաղ ժամանակաշրջանից դեպի պատերազմական իրավիճակ ունի իր անելիքներն ու գործառույթները: Շտաբային մարզման ընդհանուր պլանում բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի բարելավման կետի համար պատասխանատու է Մշակույթի նախարարությունը: Այսօրվա ցուցադրական վարժանքի նպատակն է հատուկ աշխատանքային խմբերի միջոցով ցույց տալ, թե Մշակույթի նախարարությունն ինչպես է կազմակերպում այդ աշխատանքը»,- նշեց Արթուր Պողոսյանը։
ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության զորահավաքային նախապատրաստության բաժնի պետ Հայկազ Խեչումյանը շատ է կարևորում նմանատիպ միջոցառումները, քանի որ երկրի պաշտպանության հարցում ընդգրկված են բոլոր գերատեսչությունները, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրն իր անձնակազմի հետ իրականացնում է շտաբային մարզումներ:
«Այս մարզումների շնորհիվ բարձրանում է նաև գերատեսչությունների ներդաշնակ գործակցության աստիճանը ։ Միջոցառման անհրաժեշտ քայլերից է անձնակազմի հավաքը, նախարարի կողմից խնդիրների առաջադրումը ըստ ստեղծված իրադրության»,- ընդգծեց Խեչումյանը։
Ցուցադրական շտաբային մարզումների ընթացքում ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության ղեկավար կազմը ծանոթացավ հնարավոր ռազմական իրավիճակներում իր պարտականություններին, անելիքներին և հետագա գործողությունների ժամանակացույցին։ Այլ գերատեսչություններից հրավիրված ներկայացուցիչներ ծանոթացան, թե ինչ գործառույթներ ունի Մշակույթի նախարարությունը պատերազմական, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում՝ բարոյահոգեանական մթնոլորտի բարելավման կետի իրագործման առնչությամբ:
