Հայաստանի զբաղվածության պետական գործակալությունում հաշվառվել են 96.2 հազար աշխատանք փնտրողներ

Հայաստանում 2017 թվականի մարտի 1-ի դրությամբ Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության տարածքային կենտրոններում հաշվառված աշխատանք փնտրողների թիվը կազմել է 96.2 հազար մարդ, որոնցից 62.3 հազարը կանայք են, 22.3 հազարը` երիտասարդներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, տարածքային կենտրոնների կողմից հավաքագրվել է 1328 թափուր աշխատատեղ, կենտրոնների աջակցությամբ աշխատանքի է տեղավորվել 1159 աշխատանք փնտրող: Շուրջ 950 անձ ընդգրկված են 2016 թ. Զբաղվածության պետական կարգավորման ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացված և դեռևս շարունակվող ծրագրերում:
2017 թ. Զբաղվածության կարգավորման պետական ծրագրի շրջանակներում 1-ին եռամսյակում իրականացված «Աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձանց աշխատանքի տեղավորման դեպքում գործատուին միանվագ փոխհատուցման տրամադրում» ծրագրում ընդգրկվել են 264 անձ: Ծրագրի նպատակն է աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձանց հնարավորություն ընձեռել աշխատավայրում ձեռք բերել աշխատանքային ունակություններ և կարողություններ՝ այդպիսով ապահովելով նրանց կայուն զբաղվածությունը: Ծրագրում ընդգրկված անձինք աշխատանքի են ընդունվել տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում՝ որպես փոխ տնօրեն (ֆինանսական գործառույթների գծով), վիճակագիր (առողջապահության բնագավառում), մենեջեր (արտադրության, սպասարկման ոլորտներում), իրավաբան, տնտեսագետ, համայնքային սոցիալական ծառայող, ատամնաբույժ, բուժքույր (ատամնաբուժարանում), դեղագործ, խմբավար (նվագախմբում), հաշվետար, ճարտարագետ, գանձապահ, գործավար, օպերատոր (համակարգչային), հրուշակագործ, մատուցող, հացթուխ, կարկանդակ պատրաստող, դայակ, դաստիարակ, վաճառող, վարսահարդար, մատնահարդար…
Աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձանց աշխատանքային ունակությունների և կարողությունների ձեռքբերման նպատակով ծրագրում ընդգրկված մեկ անձի համար գործատուին տրամադրվել է միանվագ փոխհատուցման գումար՝ 200.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով: Ծրագրի առավելագույն տևողությունը 1 տարի է, սեզոնային աշխատանքի դեպքում՝ առնվազն 12 ամիս: 2017 թ. ավելացել են առանձին ծրագրերում ընդգրկման ենթակա շահառուների թիվը և դրանց իրականացմանն ուղղված ֆինանսական միջոցների չափը: Այսպես՝ «Աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձանց աշխատանքի տեղավորման դեպքում գործատուին միանվագ փոխհաուցման տրամադրում» ծրագրի համար 2017 թ. համար պլանավորված 751 շահառուի փոխարեն նախատեսվում է ծրագրում ընդգրկել 4500 շահառուի, իսկ «Ձեռք բերած մասնագիտությամբ մասնագիտական աշխատանքային փորձ ձեռք բերելու համար գործազուրկներին աջակցության տրամադրում» ծրագրում նախատեսված 477-ի փոխարեն՝ առաջին անգամ աշխատաշուկա մտնող 1200 երիտասարդի: Կատարված փոփոխությունների նպատակը սահմանափակ ռեսուրսներով հնարավորինս մեծ թվով անձանց կայուն զբաղվածության և առաջին անգամ աշխատաշուկա մուտք գործող երիտասարդին աշխատանքային փորձ ձեռք բերելու հնարÕ �վորությունների ապահովումն է:
