Ադրբեջանի քաղբանտարկյալների հարցերով զբաղվող աշխատանքային խումբը ներկայացրել է քաղբանտարկյալների նոր ցուցակը

 Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական բանտարկյալների միասնական ցուցակի կազմմամբ զբաղվող աշխատանքային խումբը հերթական նիստի ժամանակ ներկայացրել է քաղբանտարկյալների նորացված ցուցակը:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:

Ադրբեջանում քաղաքական մոտիվներով ձերբակալված անձանց նոր ցուցակում ընդգրկվել են 147 բանտարկյալ, որոնցից 97-ը կրոնական ակտիվիստներ են, 11-ը` քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչներ, 7-ը` լրագրող և բլոգեր, 2-ը երգիչ և գրող, 2-ը` նախկին պաշտոնյա, 1-ը իրավապաշտպան և այլն:

Ադրբեջանի ոստիկանությունը եւ անվտանգության ուժերը հետեւողականորեն շարունակում են օգտագործել բոլոր միջոցները՝ հետապնդելու իշխանություններին քննադատող անձանց: Այս նպատակով Ադրբեջանում լայնորեն կիրառվում են շանտաժը, անձնական կյանքի վերաբերյալ տեսանյութերի հրապարակումը, հարկերից խուսափելու, թմրամոլության եւ խուլիգանության շինծու մեղադրանքները:

«Ադրբեջանն այսօր մի երկիր է, որում ոստիկանության, անվտանգության ծառայությունների եւ դատախազության քննիչ-հետաքննիչները կարող են ժպիտը շուրթերին սեռական հարաբերություն կազմակերպել կասկածյալի կնոջ հետ նրա երեխաների եւ ազգականների ներկայությամբ:

Ադրբեջանն այսօր այն երկիրն է, որտեղ կասկածյալին կարող են սպառնալ ոստիկանական մահակի կիրառմամբ սեռական ակտով, եւ այդ սպառնալիքն իրականացնել տեսանկարահանումով`ապագա շանտաժի համար:

Ադրբեջանն այսօր մի երկիր է, որում իշխանության մարմիններում, սկսած պետության ղեկավարից մինչեւ բանտապահ, «պատվի» եւ «խղճի» մասին խոսքերն ունեն ամենախեղաթյուրված իմաստը»:
