Մերձավորարևելյան ճգնաժամը դառնում է համաշխարհային օրակարգի համար մեկ հարց: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ԵՊՀ արաբագիտության ամբիոնի վարիչ Հայկ Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Սիրիայի ուղղությամբ հրթիռակոծումները վկայում են, որ այս երկրի մերձավորարևելյան քաղաքականության շեշտադրումները փոխվում են՝ մտնելով ավելի ակտիվ փուլ:

Արաբագետը նշեց, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն այս քայլով ընդգծեց իր հակառուսական, հակապուտինյան տրամադրվածությունը:

«Թրամփին Վաշինգտոնում մեղադրում էին ռուսամետության մեջ, շատերը նրան համարում էին Մերձավոր Արևելքում ՌԴ քաղաքականությունն ընդունող գործիչ, սակայն տեսանք, որ նրա հաջորդիվ հայտարարություններն ավելի կտրուկ էին, իսկ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ռեքս Թիլերսոնը, ով նույնպես համարվում էր Կրեմլի մարդը, մեղադրեց ՌԴ-ին, որ չի կարողացել վերահսկել Ասադի կողմից քիմիական զենքի կիրառումը»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ արաբագետի` այս ամենի պատրվակը քիմիական զենքի կիրառումն էր: Նրա խոսքով, ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից հրթիռների գործընթացն արդեն երկրորդական է դարձնում այն հարցը, թե ո՞վ է  մեղավոր քիմիական զենքի կիրառման մեջ: Այդ հարցի պատասխանն էլ դեռ չկա, որովհետև այդ տարածքները հասանելի չեն միջազգային փորձագետների համար, որպեսզի կատարեն համապատասխան չափումներ:

Առայժմ կողմերը փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներ են հնչեցնում: ԱՄՆ-ը նշում է, որ ասադյան ուժերը քիմիական զենք են կիրառել, սիրիական իշխանություններն էլ ասում են, որ ռմբակոծել են ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների պահեստները, որտեղ պահվել են այդ նյութերը: Արաբագետի խոսքով` խնդիրն այն է, որ այդ տարածքները վերահսկում է մի խմբավորում, որն, ըստ էության, նեղություն չի տալիս Բաշար ալ Ասադին: Այն նույնիսկ աչքի չի ընկնում իր շատ ակտիվ ռազմական գործողություններով:

«Այսինքն` իմաստ չուներ, որ այդ տարածքներում նման բան կիրառվեր: Հարց առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ նման գործողություններ իրականացվեցին, այն էլ այս պահին, երբ բոլորը նստած էին բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ: Ամերիկյան գործողությունից հետո Սիրիայի խնդրի շուրջ սկսված քաղաքական գործընթացը փաստացի մնում է օդից կախված: Տեսնենք, թե ինչ կտան Լավրով-Թիլերսոն առաջիկա բանակցությունները»,-ասաց նա:

Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե ԱՄՆ հարվածներն ավելի շատ ո՞ւմ էին ուղղված՝ ՌԴ-ի՞ն, թե Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար ալ Ասադին, արաբագետը նշեց, որ քաղաքական տեսանկյունից` ավելի շատ ՌԴ-ին, բայց լուրջ վնասները կրեցին ասադյան ուժերը:

Հայկ Քոչարյանը ՌԴ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերություններում որոշակի լարում հնարավոր համարում է, սակայն առճակատում չի տեսնում:

«Սիրիան այն տարածքը չէ, որի համար երկու գերտերություններ բախվեն: Պարզապես երկու գերտերությունները կփորձեն Մերձավոր Արևելքում իրավիճակն ավելի սրել»,-հավելեց արաբագետը:

ԱՄՆ-ն ապրիլի 6-ին հրթիռներով հարվածել է Սիրիայի արևմտյան Հոմս նահանգում գտնվող կառավարական ուժերի ռազմաբազային, ինչն արվել է օրեր առաջ Իդլիբում սիրիացի զինվորականների կողմից քիմիական զենքի կիրառմանն ի պատասխան: ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը, մեկնաբանելով Սիրիայի տարածքում իրականացված հրթիռային հարձակումը, նշել է, որ դա բխում էր ԱՄՆ ազգային անվտանգության կեն սական շահերից։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն էլ նշել էր, որ տեղի ունեցածն ինքնավար պետության դեմ ուղղված ագրեսիա է և հորինված պատճառով միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի խախտում:
