Ֆրանսիացի հայտնի գինեգետ Միշել Ռոլանը Հայաստան է բերել գինեգործության իր բազմամյա փորձը

 «Կարաս» գինու գործարանի հրավերով Հայաստանում է հայտնի խորհրդատու-գինեգետ Միշել Ռոլանը: Նրա այցի նպատակն է գինեգործության ոլորտում ձեռք բերած բազմամյա փորձը ներդնել Հայաստանում եւ նպաստել ոլորտի զարգացմանը: Ֆրանսիացի գինեգետն արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ համագործակցում է «Կարաս» գինու գործարանի հետ եւ տարեկան մեկ-երկու անգամ լինում է Հայաստանում՝ գինու մշակման գործընթացի վերջնական փուլին անձամբ ներկա գտնվելու համար:

Գինեգետի պատվին կազմակերպված երեկոն համախմբել էր հայաստանյան ռեստորանների, տարբեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին:

«Կարաս» գործարանի հաղորդակցման եւ մարքեթինգի բաժնի պատասխանատու Բեաթրիս Արսլանյանի խոսքով՝ նման երեկո նախաձեռնելու նպատակն է մարդկանց իրազեկել հայտնի գինեգետի Հայաստան այցի և «Կարաս» գինիների զարգացման գործում նրա ներդրած ավանդի մասին, ինչը մեծ կարեւորություն ունի նախեւառաջ Հայաստանի համար:

«Գինեգործությունը Հայաստանում օր օրի զարգանում է, եւ կարեւոր է, որ հատկապես ֆրանսիացի մասնագետները նույնպես իրենց նպաստն ունենան այս գործում: Մեր հիմնական նպատակն է, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում ճանաչեն հայկական գինին, եւ մարդիկ իմանան, թե ինչ առանձնահատուկ որակ ունի այն»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Բեաթրիս Արսլանյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ գործարանը, բացի այն երկրներից, որտեղ արտահանում է գինիներ՝ Ֆրանսիա, Ռուսաստան, Լիբանան, Էստոնիա, Կանադա եւ այլն, ընդլայնելու է գործունեությունը՝ տարածելով ապրանքատեսակը նաեւ այլ երկրներում:

Միշել Ռոլանը համոզված է՝ միասին Հայաստանում կարող են շատ լավ գինի պատրաստել: «Փաստացիորեն, ես գինի չեմ պատրաստում, այլ հիմնականում խորհրդատվություն եմ տրամադրում ամբողջ աշխարհով մեկ: Ինչպես տեսնում եք, ես արդեն տարեց եմ եւ այժմ չեմ ճանապարհորդում այդքան հաճախ, որքան տարիներ առաջ, բայց ես շարունակում են համագործակցել 14 տարբեր երկրների հետ, այդ թվում՝Հայաստանի: Երբ Էդուարդո Էռնեկյանը խնդրեց ինձ գալ Հայաստան, ես սկզբում մի փոքր զարմացա, քանի որ չէի փորձել այստեղի գինին, չնայած, իհարկե, գիտեի՝ ողջ աշխարհում Հայաստանը համարյա թե գին ու սկզբնաղբյուրն է, սակայն չգիտեի՝ արդյոք այն շարունակում էր զբաղվել այս ոլորտով: Ես ի վերջո եկա այստեղ, եւ կարող եմ ասել, որ այն ֆանտաստիկ երկիր է: Համոզված եմ՝ տարիների ընթացքում ավելի ու ավելի լավ գինի ենք պատրաստելու, որովհետեւ իմ նպատակն է պատրաստել հենց լավ գինի: Կարծում եմ՝համագործակցությունը լավ է ընթանում, մարդիկ հետեւում են իմ խորհուրդներին: Հայաստանը, իրոք, հետաքրքիր երկիր է, եւ ես հույս ունեմ, որ ավելի հաճախ կգամ այստեղ,ամեն անգամ կներկայացնեմ ձեզ գինիներ, որոնք ավելի լավն են, քան նրանք, որ դուք այս պահին խմում եք»,-եզրափ ակեց հայտնի գինեգետը:

Հանրահռչակ գինեգետն ապրիլի 10-ին նաեւ այցելել է Արենի գյուղ՝ ծանոթանալու տեղի քարանձավին, որտեղից եւ սկիզբ է առել գինեգործությունը:
