Քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի տրամադրումը՝ հատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, անդրադարձ է կատարվել քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման գործընթացին: Քաղաքապետը պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է հանրությանն ավելի մանրակրկիտ ու մատչելի ներկայացնել գործընթացի կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ իրականացված փոփոխությունների առավելությունները:
«Մեր կողմից բավականին պարզեցվել ու հեշտացվել է քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման գործընթացը, կրճատվել են ժամկետները, փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման քայլերը: Սրա նպատակը նաև պոտենցիալ ներդրողներին շահագրգռելն էր, քանի որ շատ դեպքերում մարդիկ ձեռնպահ էին մնում ներդրումներ կատարելուց, որպեսզի չհայտնվեն քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման հետ կապված երկար-բարակ քաշքշուկների մեջ, ինչպես նախկինում: Դրա համար մարդկանց պարբերաբար իրազեկեք ու ներկայացրեք իրականացված փոփոխությունների առավելությունները: Մեր քաղաքացին պետք է լիարժեք վստահ լինի, որ քաղաքային իշխանությունն իր շահերի պաշտպանն է: Պոտենցիալ ներդրողներն էլ իրենց հերթին ավելի վստահ կլինեն ու, համոզված եմ, զգալիորեն կավելանան նաև մայրաքաղաքում ներդրումներ կատարելու ցանկություն հայտնողները: Ճարտարապետական բլոկն այստեղ հսկայական անելիք ունի թե՛ մարդկանց պատշաճ իրազեկելու և թե՛ հնարավորին աջակցելու ուղղությամբ: Բացի այդ, նաև մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրեք մերժումների և ձգձգումների հետ կապված բողոքները: Ցանկացած անհիմն մերժում կամ ձգձգում թույլ տվողը հաստատ խստորեն կպատժվի, սա լավ իմացեք», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
