Կնոջ համար կյանքի կարևոր փուլերից մեկը հղիությունն է, որն իրականում  կրկնակի խնամք է պահանջում իրենից  ինչպես հղիության ամիսներին, այնպես էլ հետծննդաբերական շրջանում: Aroxj.am-ը  ներկայացնում է հետծննդաբերական շրջանում ամենատարրական, միևնույն ժամանակ ամենակարևոր կանոննեը օրգանիզը խնամելու և հիգիենային  հետևելու համար:

Հղիության  ընթացքում կնոջ  արգանդը ենթարկվում է զգալի կծկումների:  Ծննդաբերությունից հետո արգանդի ներսում հեշտոցում դեռ որոշ ժամանակ վերքեր են մնում: Հետևաբար վերքային մասը շատ զգայուն է լինում վիրուսների ու ինֆեկցիաների նկատմամբ:  Արգանդային հատվածում շատ են լինում մանրէներ ու միկրոբներ, որոնց համար միջավայրը բավականին բարենպաստ է: Քանի որ հղիության ընթացքում մի շարք օրգաններ դեֆորմացիայի են ենթարկվում պտղի մեծացման արդյունքում հետագայում այդ օրգանների զգայողականությունը իջնում է: Այդ պատճառով չի բացառվում, որ օրինակ միզելու ցանկություն չունենաք կամ դուրս գալու ցանկություն օրեր շարունակ չառաջանա: Դա հենց այդ օրգանների (միզապարկ, աղիներ) փոփոխությունների ու դեֆորմացիայի արդյունք է:   

Սեռական օրգանների հիգիենա

Սեռական օրգանները հարկավոր է խնամել: Սանհանգույցից օգտվելուց հետո պարտադիր պետք է սեռական օրգանները լվանալ ՝ մանրէներից ու միկրոբներից մաքրելու համար: Ցանկալի է, որ պարտադիր քնելուց առաջ ու առավոտյան արթնանալուց հետո լողանաք: Սեռական օրգանները լվալիս պետք չէ օգտվել կենցաղային օաճռներից: (Կարդացեք նաև Ինչպես ճիշտ լվանալ ձեռքերը )Ճիշտ կլինի, եթե օգտագործեք հատուկ ու քիմիական նյութեր հնարավորինս չպարունակող շամպուններ ու բնական ախտահանիչներ: Լվացումները կատարելուց առաջ պարտադիր լավ լվացեք ձեռքերը, լվացումները կատարեք տաք ջրով: Ծննաբերությունից հետո դուք ունեք ներքին կարեր , ապա հնարավորինս խուսափեք հպվել դրանց մինչև վերքերի լավանալը: Հիգիենիկ գործողություններից հետո կարող եք օգտագործել քսուքներ, որոնք խորհուրդ է տվել ձեր բժիշկը: Երբեք վերքը չթողնեք թաց վիճակում, այն անհրաժեշտ է զգուշությամբ չորացնել մաքուր կտորով:
