Խորհրդարան են անցնում 4 ուժեր. ԿԸՀ-ն հրապարակեց ԱԺ ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքները

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի (ԿԸՀ) այսօր ներկայացրեց Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքները: Ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքները հրապարակեց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ 2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ի ԱԺ ընտրությունների ընտրողների մասնակցության ընդհանուր թիվը կազմել է ՝ 1 մլն 575 հազար 786: Նախնական արդյունքներով՝ 1 մլն 574 հազար 947 թիվն էր նշվել:
Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ ընդհանուր անճշտությունների գումարային չափը կազմել է 2052:
Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը ներկայացրեց ըստ ընտրատարածքների կուսակցություններին կողմ քվեարկողների թիվը: Ըստ այդմ՝
«Ելք» դաշինքը ստացել է 122 065 քվե,
«Ազատ դեմոկրատներ - 14 739 քվե,
«Հայկական վերածնունդ» - 58265 քվե,
Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինք- 25 950 քվե,
«Ծառուկյան» դաշինք- 428 836 քվե,
Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցություն- 770 441 քվե,
Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցություն -11 741 քվե,
«Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» – 32 508,
Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն - 103 048 քվե:
Մուկուչյանը առանձին–առանձին ներկայացրեց նաև տեղամասերից ստացված քվեների թիվը և նշեց, որ ներկայացվել է տարածքային ընտրական ցուցակներում ընտրված թեկնածուներից յուրաքանչյուրին կողմ քվեարկած ձայները:
Արձանագրությունը ԿԸՀ անդամների կողմից հաստատվեց ստորագրությամբ:
Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ հանձնաժողովն, ամփոփելով բոլոր տվյալները, ներկայացնում է ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքները։ Միաժամանակ տեղեկացրեց, որ Կոնգես-ՀԺԿ-ն է պահանջում անվավեր ճանաչել ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքները:
«ԸՕ-ի պահանջների հաշվառմամբ՝ արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչող դիմումների քննարկումը կատարվում է ամփոփման շրջանակներում և առանձին որոշում չի կայացվում, որտեղ էլ արտացոլվելու է դիմումի իրավական դիրքորոշումը»,- ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ ԿԸՀ-ի նախնական արդյունքները հետևյալն էին.
«Ելք» դաշինքը ստացել է 122 հազար 049 ձայն կամ քվեների 7.77 տոկոսը,
«Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցությունը՝ 14 հազար 746 ձայն կամ 0.94 տոկոսը,
«Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունը (ՀՎԿ)՝ 58 հազար 277 ձայն կամ 3.71 տոկոսը,
«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը՝ 428 հազար 965 ձայն կամ 27.32 տոկոսը,
«Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինքը՝ 25 հազար 975 ձայն կամ 1.65 տոկոս,
Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունը (ՀՀԿ)՝ 771 հազար 247 ձայն կամ 49.12 տոկոսը,
Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցություն (ՀԿԿ)՝ 11 հազար 745 ձայն կամ 0.75 տոկոսը,
«Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» (ՕՐՕ) դաշինք՝ 32 հազար 504՝ 2.07 տոկոսը,
ՀՅ Դաշնակցություն (ՀՅԴ) կուսակցությունը՝ 103 հազար 173 ձայն կամ 6.57 տոկոսը:
Ըստ այդմ էլ՝ վեցերորդ գումարման խորհրդարանում ընտրություններին մասնակցած 9 ուժերից ու դաշինքներից, ինչպես և նշվել էր, ներկայացված կլինեն չորսը:
ԿԸՀ-ն շարունակում է քննարկել ընտրություններն անվավեր ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ դիմումը:
