7 նախանշան, որոնք վկայում են, որ գլխացավը լուրջ հիվանդության հետևանք է

Գլխացավերը կարող են լինել բավական լուրջ ախտանշաններ, սակայն դրանք հաճախ անտեսվում են: Բժիշկ Մարկ Մորոկկոն նշում է, որ գլխացավերի դեպքում հարկավոր է խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ: Բացի այդ, հարկ է նաև հիշել, որ գլխուղեղի ուռուցքը սովորաբար գլխացավեր չի առաջացնում, մինչդեռ մարդիկ սովորաբար առաջին հերթին ամենավատ կասկածներն են ունենում:

 Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում 7 նախանշան, որոնք վկայում են, որ գլխացավը լուրջ հիվանդության հետևանք է:

 1.    Հանկարծկի սկսվող գլխացավ

 Կտրուկ սկսվող գլխացավը կարող է շատ լուրջ նշան լինել: Բժիշկ Մորոկկոյի խոսքով՝ սա կարող է լինել ենթաոստայնային արյունազեղման նշան, որն առաջացել է անոթալայնանքի հետևանքով: Այս դեպքում հարկավոր է անմիջապես շտապ օգնություն կանչել, քանի որ այս խնդիրը կարող է լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենալ: Նման ցավը կտրուկ է սկսվում, սակայն լինում է բավական երկարատև: Ուժեղ ցավազրկող ընդունելն ու քնելը նման դեպքում նույնպես չի օգնի:

 2.    Փոփոխական ցավ

 Եթե ցավն անընդհատ միանման է ապա ամեն ինչ նորմալ է, սակայն եթե այն կտրուկ փոխում է իր տեսակը, ապա հարկավոր է դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը, քանի որ այս դեպքում նույնպես ցավը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել առողջական լուրջ խնդրով:

 3.    Բարձր ջերմությամբ ուղեկցվող ցավ

 Սա կարող է լինել գլխուղեղի վարակի հետևանքով: Բացի այդ, այս ախտանշանը կարող է վկայել նաև գլխուղեղի բորբոքման մասին: Եթե փոփոխվել է նաև հոգեվիճակը, ապա հարկավոր է անմիջապես շտապ օգնություն կանչել:

 4.    Գլխացավի հետ մեկտեղ ցավոտ զգացողություններ են առաջանում նաև աչքերի ետևի հատվածում կամ դրանց շուրջը

 Եթե գլխացավն ազդում է տեսողության վրա, ապա հիվանդի վիճակը շատ լուրջ է: Սավորաբար նման ախտանշաններով է սկսվում սուր գլաուկոման կամ աչքի բարձր ճնշումը, որը խանգարում է արյան շրջանառությունը և կարող է հանգեցնել կուրության:

 5.    Քունքերը «սեղմող» ցավ

 Միայն մի հատվածի ցավը վտանգավոր չէ, սակայն եթե այն առաջանում է 50-ից բարձր որևէ մեկի մոտ և տեղաայված է քունքերի կամ գոնե մեկ քունքի հատվածում, ապա հարկավոր է շատ ուշադիր լինել, քանի որ դա կարող է պայմանավորված լինել քունքային զարկերակաբորբով: Իսկ եթե աչքերի առջև պատկերն աղոտվում է և բարձրանում է ջերմությունը, ապա հարկավոր է անմիջապես դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը: Բժիշկը նշում է, որ այս հիվանդությունը չբուժելու դեպքում կարելի է կորցնել տեսողությունը:

 6.    Հակակոագուլյանտեր ընդունելու ժամանակ ստացած հարվածի հետևանքով առաջացած ցավ

 Գլխացավի այս տեսակը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել սուբդուրալ հեմատոմայով կամ գլխուղեղի ներսում դանդաղ արյունահոսությամբ: Ընդունած դեղամիջոցների պատճառով արյունը չի մակարդվում, ինչը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել կյանքի համար:

 7.    Գլխացավի «համաճարակ»

 Եթե գլխացավերն առաջանում են նույն սենյակում գտնվող մի քանի մարդու մոտ և անհետանում են մաքուր օդին գտնվելու ժամանակ, նշանակում է խնդիրը ածխաթթվական գազով թունավորվելու մեջ է: Այս դեպքում հարկավոր է բացել պատուհանն ու օդափոխել սենյակը:
