Ամենանենգ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների հնգյակը

Ինդիանա համալսարանի Բժշկական դպրոցի մի խումբ գիտնականների ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ալկոհոլային խմիչքները մարդկանց գրավում են իրենց համով կամ թնդությամբ:
Փորձարկումներից պարզվել է, որ գարեջրի համը՝ անկախ թնդությունից, առաջացնում է դոֆամին հորմոնը. “հաճույքի հորմոնը”:
Հետազոտության հեղինակը նշել է, որ դա նման կարգի առաջին փորձարկումն էր, որը ցույց տվեց ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքների համի և այն օգտագործող մարդու հորմոնների արտանետման կախվածությունը:
Մասնագետները նշում են, որ փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ գարեջուրը դավադիր խմիչք է:
Մեր օրգանիզմը շատ արագ ընտելանում է դրան, որն էլ նրան ստիպում է դոֆամին արտադրել:
Ամենանենգ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների հնգյակը
1. Բանկայով կոկտեյլներ: Կոկտեյլների այն կատեգորիան, որոնք ունեն «քաղցր» համ և հոտ. մրգային, հատապտղային , կարամելային: Հենց նման խմիչքներն են, որոնք որպես թունդ ալկոհոլ մարդու ուղեղում չեն ասոցացվում: Մի քանի նման կոկտեյլ օգտագործելու արդյունքում մարդը հայտնվում է հարբած վիճակում, չնայած ինքն անձամբ դա չի հասկանում:
Մեկ նման կոկտեյլը համարժեք է 110 գրամ օղու, ընդ որում քիմիական հավելումներն ու քաղցրացնող նյութերը ճնշում են ախորժակը, որի հետևանքով մարդը չի մտածում խորտիկի մասին: Չնայած հայտնի է, որ ալկոհոլ օգտագործելիս ամենագլխավորը լավ ուտելն է:
2 Ալկոհոլային խառնուրդներ: Որպես կանոն, դրանք մեծ քանակի բաղադրիչներով էկզոտիկ կոկտեյլներ են: Դրանք մասնավորապես օգտագործվում են գիշերային ակումբներում , ինչպես նաև հանգստանալիս: Սակայն հարկավոր է հիշել, որ երկու տեսակից ավելի ալկոհոլային խմիչքների խառնուրդն առաջացնում է ուժեղ զարթխում (похмелье) և նույնիսկ քիչ քանակը էական վնաս է հասցնում երիկամներին և լյարդին:
3.Գարեջուր: Գարեջուրը շատերը որպես ալկոհոլային խմիչք չեն ընդունում, այլ վերաբերվում են որպես զովացուցիչ ըմպելիքի: Սակայն սովորական գարեջրի մեկ շիշն համարժեք է 60գր օղուն:
4 Շամպայն: Գազավորված ալկոհոլային խմիչքներն արագ են ներծծվում արյան մեջ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, շամպայն կարելի է խմել նույնիսկ ամենակուլտուրական երեկույթների ժամանակ: Խորհուրդ է տրվում այն խմելուց առաջ լավ ուտել և այլ խմիչքների հետ չխառնել:
5. Լիկյորներ: Այս խմիչքը մաքուր տեսքով դժվար է խմել, քանի որ շատ քաղցր է: Փորձերի միջոցով ապացուցվել է, որքան քաղցր է ըմպելիքը, այնքան այն վատ է անդրադարնում օրգանիզմի վրա:
