Զինծառայողների փոխհատուցման հիմնադրամին ուղղված ընդհանուր վճարները կազմել են 558.7 մլն դրամ

2017 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարին ՀՀ պետական բյուջե, բացի հիմնական հարկերից (շահութահարկ, եկամտային հարկ, ակցիզային, ավելացված արժեքի հարկ, սոցիալական, հողի, մասնագիտության, բնապահպանական, ճանապարհային, մաքսեր, ժառանգության և նվիրատվության, տեղական հարկեր) մուտքագրվել են նաև այլ հարկեր, որոնք կազմել են 3.5 մլրդ դրամ` պետական բյուջեի հարկային եկամուտների և պետական տուրքերի 2.2%-ը: Մասնավորապես, 1.2 մլրդ դրամ են կազմել ռադիոհա ճախականության օգտագործման պարտադիր վճարները, 902.5 մլն դրամ` արտոնագրային վճարները, 558.7 մլն դրամ՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված դրոշմանիշային վճարները, 475.7 մլն դրամը` ճանապարհային վճարները, 197.2 մլն դրամ` հանրային ծառայությունների կարգավորման պարտադիր վճարները:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության հրապարակած տվյալները, նախորդ տարվա հունվար-փետրվարի համեմատ այլ հարկերի փաստացի ցուցանիշը նվազել է 5.3%-ով կամ 197 մլն դրամով` հիմնականում պայմանավորված ռադիոհաճախականության օգտագործման պարտադիր վճարների և հարկային օրենսդրության խախտման համար «Հարկերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված տուգանքների նվազմամբ:
2017 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարի ընթացքում ստացվել են 736.5 մլն դրամ պաշտոնական դրամաշնորհներ՝ կազմելով առաջին եռամսյակում նախատեսված մուտքերի 15.6%-ը: Միջոցները տրամադրվել են նպատակային ծրագրերի շրջանակներում, որից 26.7 մլն դրամը՝ ՀՀ պետական մարմինների արտաբյուջետային հաշիվներով շրջանառվող ծրագրերի շրջանակներում՝ կազմելով ծրագրած մուտքերի 24.7%-ը:
Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի այլ եկամուտները կազմել են 7.8 մլրդ դրամ, որից 3.4 մլրդ դրամը` ՀՀ պետական հիմնարկների արտաբյուջետային եկամուտները: Այլ եկամուտների առաջին եռամսյակի ծրագրային ցուցանիշն ապահովվել է 73%-ով: Համեմատաբար ցածր կատարողական է արձանագրվել ռեզիդենտներին տրամադրված վարկերի օգտագործման տոկոսավճարների գծով, որոնք կազմել են 749.1 մլն դրամ կամ առաջին եռամսյակում նախատեսված մուտքերի 25.7%-ը: Ապրանքների մատակարարումից և ծառայությունների մատուցումից եկամուտները և իրավախախտումների համար գործադիր, դատական մարմինների կողմից կիրառվող պատժամիջոցներից մուտքերը կազմել են համապատասխանաբար 2.5 մլրդ դրամ և 1.6 մլրդ դրամ կամ առաջին եռամսյակում նախատեսված մուտքերի համապատասխանաբար 68.6%-ը և 65.6%‑ը:
