Նորատուսցի Ալիկին ազատ կարձակե՞ն. պաշտպանը պնդում է՝ Ալիկին ուզում են վատություն անել

2016 թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ին Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահում տեղի ունեցած աղմկոտ սպանության գործով ապրիլի 5-ին ձերբակալված քրեական հեղինակություն Չարբախցի Գեղամի որդին՝ Գոռ Իսրայելյանն ազատ է արձակվել:
Գոռ Իսրայելյանը ձերբակալավել էր սպանության կասկածանքով: Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ օրը սպանվել է 25-ամյա Գեւորգ Ավետիսյանը եւ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Չարբախցի Գեղամի որդին նույնպես դեպքի վայրում է եղել: Նույն այդ տեղեկություններով, Գոռ Իսրայելյանն է իր մեքենայով վիրավորներին հիվանդանոց տեղափոխել:
Գեղեցկության սրահի տարածքում տեղի ունեցած «ռազբորկային» մասնակցել է մի քանի տասնյակ մարդ՝ հիմնականում քրեական հեղինակություն Գեղամի շրջապատից: Նրանց ու սպանված Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի միջեւ վիճաբանություն է սկսվել, որը վերածվել է լուրջ ընդհարման, ինչի ժամանակ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանն իր մոտ եղած «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակով կրակել է իրեն շատ մոտ գտնվող Գեւորգ Ավետիսյանի գլխին: Հետո հենց այդ նույն զենքով էլ սպանվել է ինքը՝ Մուշեղյանը:
Այսօր մեր զրույցում Իսրայելյանի պաշտպան Գիվի Հովհաննսիյանն ասաց, որ իր պաշտպանյալին անհիմն են ձերբակալել եւ հենց այդ հիմքով էլ ձերբակալման որոշման դեմ բողոք էր ներկայացրել դատարան, ինչը բավարարվել էր: ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի խորհրդական Սոնա Տռուզյանն էլ մեզ ասաց, որ Գոռ Իսրայելյանին ձերբակալելու ցուցումը տրվել է գործը հսկող դատախազի կողմից, ինչի վերաբերյալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն իր առարկություններն է ներկայացրել: «Բայց քանի որ առարկությունը չէր կասեցնում ցուցումի կատարումը, ուստի դրան զուգահեռ անձը ձերբակալվել է»,- ասաց Տռուզյանը: Գոռ Իսրայելյանն այժմ սույն քրեական գործով ոչ թե կասկածյալի՝ այլ վկայի կարգավիճակ ունի:
Նրա հայրը՝ Չարբախցի Գեղամը (Գեղամ Իսրայելյան), այս գործով առանցքային մեղադրյալներից է: Բացի դա գործով մեղադրվում է նաեւ քրեական հեղինակություն Նորատուսցի Ալիկը (Ալիկ Բանդուրյան): Թե՛ Չարբախցի Գեղամի եւ թե՛ նրա կալանքը հերթական անգամ է երկարաձգվել: Սակայն Նորատուսցի Ալիկի կալանքը ոչ թե երկու ամսով է երկարաձգվել, այլ՝ մեկ: Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ դատարանի այս որոշման դեմ հսկող դատախազը բողոք է ներկայացրել: Նորատուսցի Ալիկի պաշտպան Մկրտիչ Վասակյանը երեկ պատասխանել է մեր մի քանի հարցերին:
