ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի անդրկուլիսյան խրախճանքները Սիրիայում

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մի քանի օր առաջ սիրիական Իդլիբ նահանգի Խան Շեյխուն քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած սիրիական օդուժի կողմից իբրև թե քիմիական զենքի օգտագործումը շատ պրիմիտիվ և վատ բեմադրված թատերական ներկայացում էր, որի հետևանքով 80 մարդ սպանվել էր, իսկ 200՝ վիրավորվել։ Այս բեմադրության հետևում կանգնած ԱՄՆ-ն և նրա մանկլավիկներն այս ամենում մեղադրեցին Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար Ասադին։ Այս բեմադրության ռեժիսորները նույն մարդիկ են կամ նույն հիմնարկները, ովքեր ժամանակին նմանատիպ մեթոդներով տապալեցին Իրաքի բռնապետ Ս. Հուսեյնին և Լիբիայի նախագահ Մ. Կադաֆֆին։ Հավելեմ, որ որոշ ժամանակ առաջ նույն ԱՄՆ-ի և Թուրքիայի կողմից Սիրիայում հովանավորվող ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունները ևս քիմիական զենք էին օգտագործում խաղաղ բնակիչների դեմ և դրանում մեղադրում Ասադի բանակին։ Այսօր ամերիկյան ռազմածովային ուժերը հարվածներ են հասցրել սիրիական Հոմս քաղաքից 43 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Շայրաթ ավիաբազային։ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները Դամասկոսի դեմ իրենց ագրեսիան բացատրում են Ասադի կողմից քիմիական զենքի կիրառման փաստով, որը սակայն ոչ մի անկախ դիտորդական խումբ չի հաստատել։ Այն, որ ԱՄՆ-ն այս ամենի հեղինակն է և նախաձեռնողը, ՓԱՍՏ է։ Սակայն ինձ ավելի հետաքրքրում է Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշումն այս հարցում։ Հիմա ՌԴ իշխանությունները խիստ քննադատում են Վաշինգտոնին և Շայրաթի վրա հարձակումն անվանում են ագրեսիա։ Սակայն ես չեմ հավատում, որ հարձակման մասին Վաշինգտոնը տեղյակ չպահեր ՌԴ ղեկավարությանը։ Րոպեներ առաջ ՌԴ նախագահ Վ.Պուտինի մամլո քարտուղար Վ.Պեսկովը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն նախօրոք տեղեկացրել է Կրեմլին իր քայլերի մասին։ Այսինքն՝ ապատեղեկատվություն էր ռուսաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ների առավոտյան տարածած այն տեղեկությունը, որ Վաշինգտոնը ՌԴ-ին չի տեղեկացրել իր գործողությունների մասին Սիրիայում։ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները չէին կարող Մոսկվային տեղյակ չպահել իրենց հարձակման մասին, քանի որ 2015 թ-ի նոյեմբերի 24-ին, երբ Թուրքիայի օդային տարածքում խոցվեց ռուսաստանյան ռազմական ինքնաթիռներից մեկը, Մոսկվան Սիրիայի տարածք, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ Լաթակիա, տեղափոխեց С-300 զենիթահրթիռային կոմպլեքսներ, որոնց միջոցով կարող է թշնամական հարձակումներից պաշտպանել ոչ միայն Սիրիայի օդային տարածքը, այլև վերահսկել հարևան երկրների օդային տարածները ևս։ Եթե ՌԴ-ում տեղյակ չլինեին ամերիկացիների հարձակումից, ապա ամերիկյան ավիակիրներից բաց թողնված 50 Tomahawk հրթիռներից ոչ մեկը Սիրիայի տարածքում չէր ընկնի։ Դրանք անմիջապես կոչնչացվեին օդում։
Այստեղից հետևություն. այսօր գիշերը սիրիական Շայրաթ ռազմաբազայի վրա հարձակումը ռուս-ամերիկայն համատեղ օպերացիա էր։ Մոսկվայի կողմից հնչող «լիրիկական» քննադատություններն՝ ուղղված Վաշինգտոնին, այդ ծրագրի մի մասն է։
ՌԴ իշխանություններն, ամերիկացիների հետ մտնելով այսպիսի գործարքների մեջ, մեծ վտանգի են ենթարկում սեփական շահերը Մերձավոր Արևելքում և վարկանիշն աշխարհում։ ԱՄՆ-ն ավելի թրծված է այս գործերում և կարող է այս «խաղի» միակ տուժողը դառնալ Մոսկվան։ Թրափը ԱՄՆ շահերի համար կարող է բացահայտել ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի «ծախված» և ոչ հուսալի գործընկեր լինելու հանգամանքը։ 

Իսկ այն, որ Մոսկվան հուսալի գործընկեր չէ, մենք վաղուց գիտենք։ Միայն վերջին 3-4 տարվա մեջ Մոսկվան 5 միլիարդ դոլարի զենք է վաճառել մեր թշնամի Ադրբեջանին։
Հ.Գ. ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի անդրկուլիսյան խրախճանքները Սիրիայում ակտիվ փուլ են մտել։ Հայաստանին և հայ ժողովրդին մի հարց է հուզում՝ ի՞նչ է լինելու Սիրիայի հայկական համայնքի հետ։ Այդ երկրում հայերի անվտանգ ապրելու միակ երաշխավորը Ասադի կառավարությունն է։
Որքան հասկանում եմ, ոչ մի լավ բանի սպասել պետք չէ։
