PicsArt-ը գործարկել է 3D խմբագրման հնարավորությամբ ազատ օգտագործման սթիքերներ Windows հարթակի օգտատերերի համար:  «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ`  PicsArt ֆոտոխմբագրման հավելվածն ու սոցիալական ցանցը, որն արդեն հատել է 400 միլիոն ներբեռնումների սահմանը եւ ունի ամսական 90 միլիոն ակտիվ օգտատեր, այժմ Windows հարթակի օգտատերերին հնարավորություն է տալիս ազատ օգտագործման համար սթիքերներ ստեղծել ու կիսվել դրանցով աշխարհի հետ:

Ավելին, PicsArt-ը գործարկել է նաև էքսկլյուզիվ 3D խմբագրման գործիքներ, որոնք հասանելի են միայն Windows հարթակի օգտատերերի համար։ Օգտատերերը կարող են պատկերից եռաչափ թվացող սթիքերներ պատրաստել ու օգտագործել դրանք ֆոտոխմբագրման մեջ՝ ստանալով ավելի մանրակրկիտ ու բնականին նման պատկերներ։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ PicsArt-ի օգտատերերը ցանկացած պատկերից կարող են սթիքեր պատրաստել։ Ստեղծած սթիքերները կարելի է օգտագործել նկարներ խմբագրելու, ընկերների հետ PicsArt Remix Chat-ի, ինչպես նաեւ ցանկացած այլ սոցցանցի կամ ծառայության միջոցով շփվելու համար։ Սթիքեր պատրաստելիս կարելի է օգտվել PicsArt-ի 6 միլիոնից ավել ազատ օգտագործման համար հասանելի free-to-edit (FTE) նկարներից։ Սթիքերները նաեւ հնարավոր է խմբագրել PicsArt հավելվածում առկա բազմաթիվ գործիքներով՝ օրինակ «խելացի էֆեկտներով» , նկարչական պարագաներով, տեքստի կամ այլ խմբագրման հնարավորությունների միջոցով։
