Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը ներկայացրեց ԵՄ բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրերով ՀՀ-ում իրականացված լայնածավալ բարեփոխումները

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը ներկայացրեց այն բարեփոխումները, որոնք իրականացվել են Եվրոպական Միության կողմից Հայաստանին տրամադրված բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրերի շնորհիվ: Ապրիլի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը նշեց, որ ԵՄ-ի կողմից տրամադրվող բյուջետային աջակցության ծրա գրերի շրջանակում վերջին տարիներին ծավալուն բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվել արդարադատության ոլորտում: «Բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվել սկսած քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում բարեկարգման աշխատանքներից` վերջացրած պրոբացիոն ծառայության ներդրմամբ և, ընդհանուր առմամբ,արդարադատության ոլորտում ռազմավարական, իրավական փաստաթղթերի մշակման աշխատանքների իրականացմամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ընդգծեց Մելքոնյանը:
Բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրերի շնորհիվ լայնածավալ բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվել կրթության ոլորտում: Մենք Եվրոպական Միության ֆինանսավորմամբ ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգել ենք մի քանի մասնագիտական հաստատություններ, որոշները հարմարեցվել են սահմանափակ կարողություններ ունեցող մարդկանց սպասարկելու համար, մշակվել են համապատասխան իրավական ակտեր, ռազմավարություններ, ներդրվել մեթոդաբանություններ` ընդհուպ թեմատիկ աշխատանքների բարելավում»,- մանրամասնեց փոխնախարարը:
Լուրջ բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվել նաև պետական ֆինանսների կառավարման առումով: Այս ոլորտում հիմնականում իրականացվել են ռազմավարական, իրավական փաթեթների մշակմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներ: ԵՄ ֆինանսավորմամբ հետաքրքիր բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվել վիճակագրության ոլորտում:
Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը նաև կարևորեց Եվրոպական Միության տրամադրած բյուջետային աջակցության շնորհիվ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում իրականացված և իրականացվելիք բարեփոխումները: Փոխնախարարը հայտնեց, որ անցած տարի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու համար ՀՀ-ն առաջին տրանշով Եվրոպական Միությունից 7 միլիոն եվրոյի բյուջետային աջակցություն արդեն ստացել է, այս տարի երկրորդ տրանշով կստանա ևս 7 միլիոն եվրո:
