Կարծրատիպերը կոտրվում են. ԶՈՒ-ում ծառայում են կանայք, ովքեր ոչնչով չեն զիջում տղամարդկանց

Զինված ուժերում կանայք չեն կարող տղամարդկանց հավասար ծառայություն իրականացնել: Այս կարծրատիպը բանակում կոտրվում է: Զինվորական ծառայություն իրականացնող կանայք փաստում են, որ իրենց աշխատասիրությամբ, հանձնարարությունները, հրամանները բարձր մակարդակով կատարելով, կարողացել են հասնել նրան, որ իրենք Զինված ուժերում ընկալվեն տղամարդկանց հավասար ծառայող:
21-ամյա Գալինա Կարապետյանն արդեն երեք տարի է սովորում է ՀՀ ՊՆ Մարշալ Արմենակ Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն համալսարանում, մասնագիտանում է հակաօդային պաշտպանության գծով: Տարիներ առաջ, երբ նա որոշում կայացրեց ընտրել զինվորական ծառայությունը, շարունակ լսում էր այն մասին, որ Զինված ուժերում դժվարությունները շատ են, աղջիկները չեն կարող դրանք հաղթահարել:
«Իմ մասնագիտության ընտրության գործում խթան դարձավ սերը դեպի համակարգը, սերը դեպի համազգեստը: Այդ ցանկությունը դեռ կար դպրոցում, երբ անցնում էինք ռազմագիտություն առարկան: Իմ ուսուցիչը, դա տեսնելով, հետևողականորեն իմ մեջ սերմանեց այն ամենը, որոնք նպաստեցին մասնագիտության ընտրության հարցում: Այդ տարին, երբ ես ավարտում էի, ՀՀ ՊՆ Մարշալ Արմենակ Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն համալսարանում ընդունելություն չկար: Ես սպասեցի մեկ տարի և ընդունվեցի: Ես պատրաստ էի սպասել ավելին, միայն թե հասնեի իմ նպատակին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ Մարշալ Արմենակ Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն համալսարանի կուրսանտ Գալինա Կարապետյանը:
Ընտանիքը սկզբում չէր ցանկանում, որ նա ընդունվեր ռազմական համալսարան, սակայն դեմ չկանգնեց Գալինային: Ընտանիքի անդամները թողեցին, որ ինքը հասկանա, թե որն է իր համար ճիշտը:
Անդրադառնալով դժվարություններին՝ Գալինան նշեց, որ միակ խնդիրը կարծրատիպերն են: Այն, որ կինը չի կարող գտնվել բանակում, այդ խոսակցությունները Գալինայի համար ընդունելի չէին: Նա նպատակադրվել էր իր ունակություններով, իր վարքով ցույց տալ, որ ոչնչով չի զիջում տղաներին:
«Դժվար է կոտրել այդ կարծրատիպը, բայց տարիները ցույց տվեցին, որ ծառայող աղջիկներով կարողացանք դա անել, կարծես թե, մեզ մոտ դա բավական լավ է ստացվում է: Արդեն շատերը համաձայն են, որ կինը ծառայի: Ի դեպ, հրահանգները կատարելիս որևէ զիջում չկա»,-ասաց նա:
Գալինան նկատեց, որ ռազմական ոլորտում իրենց ներկայությունը փոխում է միջավայրը: Տղամարդիկ շատ հավաքված են դառնում, ավելին, կանայք նաև տղաների համար խթան են դառնում մասնագիտությունների մեջ խորանալու, ավելի լավ պատրաստվելու տեսանկյունից: Չէ որ իրենց կողքին կան աղջիկներ և կանայք, որոնք ոչնչով չեն զիջում:
