Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն «մաքրում» է հարկ վճարողների տվյալների բազան

 Հարկ վճարողների ցանկը «սրբագրվում» է. պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն կազմել է լուծարման ենթակա հարկ վճարողների նախնական ցանկը: Դրանում ներառված են այն կազմակերպությունները և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը, որոնք 2013թ. մինչև 2017թ. հունվարի 1-ը հարկային մարմին չեն ներկայացրել որևէ հաշվետվություն, հաշվարկ կամ հայտարարագիր, hարկային մարմնում առկա տեղեկություններով չունեն գույք և հարկային մարմնի կողմից վերահսկվող եկամուտների գծով չունեն պարտավորություններ կամ չեն վերագրանցվել: «Նպատակն է առանց ավելորդ վարչարարության և պարզեցված ընթացակարգով լուծարել հաշվետվություն չներկայացրած չգործող կազմակերպություններին` հստակեցնելով փաստացի գործունեություն ծավալող հարկ վճարողների շրջանակն ու պետական ռեսուրսները խնայելու հնարավորություն ստեղծելով»,-նշել է ՊԵԿ կազմակերպման և հսկողության վարչության տեսչական բաժնի պետ Կարեն Թամազյանը: Լուծարման ողջ ընթացքում հարկ վճարողներին ա նհանգստություն չի պատճառվելու. նրանք ազատվելու են սովորաբար հստակեցումների երկար փուլերից բաղկացած ընթացքից ու թղթաբանությունից. «Աշխատանքի ողջ ծանրաբեռնվածությունը ՊԵԿ-ը վերցրել է իր վրա և գույքի առկայությունը կամ պարտատերերի առարկությունը ճշգրտելու համար համագործակցելու է պետական գերատեսչությունների հետ»,-ներկայացրել է Կարեն Թամազյանն՝ ընդգծելով ևս մեկ արտոնություն, որով չեղյալ է համարվում հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ հարկային մարմնի կողմից վերահսկվող եկամուտների գծով կազմակերպության կամ Ա/Ձ-ի՝ մինչև 10 հազար դրամի չափով ընդհ անուր հարկային պարտավորությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՊԵԿ-ից:

Առաջնորդվելով «Հարկային հաշվետվություններ չներկայացրած կազմակերպությունները լուծարելու և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին պետական հաշվառումից հանելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքով»՝ հարկային մարմինը www.taxservice.am պաշտոնական կայքում արդեն հրապարակել է օրենքով սահմանված չափանիշներին բավարարող հարկ վճարողների ցանկը: Նախնական ցանկում ընդգրկված մոտ 50 000 հարկ վճարողները, եթե չեն ցանկանում լուծարվել կամ հանվել պետական հաշվառումից, կարող են այդ մասին գրավոր տեղեկացնել համապատասխան հարկային տեսչությանը: «Կոմիտեն արդեն հարցումներ է ուղարկել լիազոր մարմիններին՝ նախնական ցանկում ներառված հարկ վճարողների գույքի առկայությունը պարզելու նպատակով: Զտված ցանկը մինչև հուլիսի 1-ը կներկայացվի ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գործակալություն և կտեղադրվի www.e-register.am և ՀՀ հրապարակային ծանուցումների www.azdarar.am, ինչպես նաև կայքերում»,-հայտնել է Կարեն Թամազյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ հարկ վճարողները հնարավորություն ունեն լուծարումից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ դիմում ներկայացնել մինչև նոյեմբերի 1-ը:
