ԵՄ-ն աջակցում է Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգի ներդրմանը

Հայաստանում Եվրոպական Միության պատվիրակության համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավար Հոա-Բին Աջեմյանը կարծում է, որ Եվրոպական Միության կողմից տրամադրվող բյուջետային աջակցության շնորհիվ իրենք Հայաստանում մեծ հաջողության են հասել: «Մենք այդ միջոցներով կառուցել ենք ավելի քան 15 դատարանների շենքեր, 19 դպրոցներ: Մենք աջակցել ենք հանրային ֆինանսների կառավարման, մարդու իրավունքների բնագավառներւմ, պետական կառավարման համակարգում կարևորագույն բարեփոխումների»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ապրիլի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Աջեմյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ անցյալ տարի բյուջետային աջակցության շնորհիվ իրենք ավելի քան 24 հազար ֆերմերների համար դասընթացներ են կազմակերպել: «Դրա արդյունքում ավելի լավ մեթոդների կիրառմամբ` Հայաստանի ֆերմերների մոտ 60 տոկոսը վերապատրաստվել է: Բոլորովին վերջերս մենք օժանդակեցինք Հայաստանում ընտրությունների ժամանակ կիրառված տեխնիկական սարքավորումները ձեռք բերելու գործընթացին»,- նշեց ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավարը:
Հոա-Բին Աջեմյանը հայտնեց, որ նախորդ տարի Հայաստանի հետ ստորագրել են 20 միլիոն եվրոյի բյուջետային օժանդակության ևս մեկ համաձայնագիր, որով նախատեսվում է առաջիկա տարիներին բարեփոխումներ իրականացնել պետական կառավարման համակարգում: «Սա հատկապես միտված է լինելու պետական կառավարման ոլորտում էլեկտրոնային համակարգերի կիրառման բարելավմանը: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ մոտակա տարիներին Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի կունենա անձը հաստատող էլեկտրոնային քարտ: Մենք օժանդակում ենք նաև էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգի ներդրմանը, ինչը նշնակում է, որ երեք տարի հետո առողջապահական ծառայությունների դիմող յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի կկարողանա անձը հաստատող էլեկտրոնային քարտի միջոցով ստանալ ավելի լավ խորհրդատվություն բժիշկների կողմից և նույն քարտերի միջոցով դեղերի նշանակումներ»,- ընդգծեց նա:
ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավարն արձանագրեց, որ բյուջետային աջակցությունը շատ լավ գործիք է, որը ԵՄ-ն հաջողությամբ կիրառել և մեծ հաջողություն է արձանագրել 7 տարբեր բնագավառներում` հավելելով, որ շարունակելու են աշխատել ապագայում ևս աջակցել կարևոր ծրագրեր և բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու գործին:
