 Վերջին մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում հայ հեռուստադիտողների շրջանում ամենաքննարկվող հեռուստանախագծերից մեկը հնդկական «Մերժվածը» սերիալն է: Հեռուստասերիալի հայ երկրպագուներն ապրում են հերոսների կյանքով. ուրախանում են, երբ Իչակիի մոտ ինչ-որ մի բան ստացվում է, զայրանում Տապասիայի չարագործությունների պատճառով: Շատերը տխրել էին, երբ մահացավ սերիալի հիմնական հերոսներից մեկը՝ Վանշը՝ Իչակիի առաջին ամուսինը: Թեեւ Վանշը «Մերժվածը» սերիալում եղել է կարճ ժամանակ, հասցրել է սիրվել հայ լսարանի կողմից: Այդ պատճառով armtimes.com-ը կապ հաստատեց նրան մարմնավորող Ռոհիթ Խունարայի հետ եւ խոսեց հայերի հետ նրա կապի, «Մերժվածը» սերիալում նրա կերպարի եւ ապագա ծրագրերի, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում աշխատելու նրա նպատակի մասին: Ռոհիթը Հնդկաստանում հայտնի դերասան է, խաղացել է մի շարք հեռուստասերիալներում եւ ֆիլմերում: Նա նաեւ աշխատում է որպես մոդել:      

- Ռոհի՛թ, գիտեի՞ք, որ «Մերժվածը» սերիալը սիրված է հայ հեռուստադիտողի կողմից, եւ Ձեզ էլ հայ լսարանը շատ է սիրում:

- Այո՛, գիտեմ, որ մեր նախագիծը բարձր վարկանիշ ունի Հայաստանում, զգում եմ մարդկանց սերը, տեղյակ եմ, որ նախագիծը մեծ ճանաչում ունի: Կարծում եմ՝ հրաշալի է, որ մեր նախագիծը կարող է միավորել 2 տարբեր աշխարհների պատկանող լսարաններին: Ես մեծացել եմ «Street Hawk», «The Old Fox» եւ նմանատիպ այլ նախագծեր դիտելով: Դրանք հնդկական չեն, «Street Hawk»-ն ամերիկյան, իսկ «The Old Fox»-ը գերմանական նախագիծ է, բայց վստահեցնում եմ՝ 80-ականներին եւ 90-ականներին դրանք մեծ ճանաչում ունեին Հնդկաստանում: Անգամ իմ ամենահամարձակ երազներում չէի կարող պատկերացնել, որ մեր «Մերժվածը» սերիալը հայտնի կլինի արտասահմանում, հատկապես Հայաստանում: Կարծում եմ՝ սա մեծ նվաճում է:

- Դուք ինչ-որ կապ ունե՞ք Հայաստանի հետ, հայ ընկերներ ունե՞ք:

- Ես ճանաչում եմ ձեռք բերել հայ լսարանի շրջանում եւ չգիտեմ՝ ինչպես շնորհակալություն հայտնեմ այդ սիրո ու աջակցության համար: Ես ամեն օր այնքան նամակներ եւ խնդրանքներ եմ ստանում հայ ընկերների ու երկրպագուների կողմից, որ ինչ-որ առումով ողջ Հայաստանն իմ ընկերն է: Ես տեսնում եմ հայ ժողովրդի էներգիան, հայերը շատ խելացի են: Ես կապ ունեմ Լիլիթ Մովսիսյան անունով երիտասարդ, էներգիայով լի մի աղջկա հետ, նա Երեւանից է, քաստինգ դպրոցում է աշխատում: Նա մեզ համար Հայաստանում մի նախագծի շուրջ քննարկումների մեջ է:

- Հայաստանում որեւէ նախագծի մասնակցելը պարզապես ցանկությու՞ն է, թե՞ իրական ծրագրեր ունեք:

- Տեսնելով հայերի կողմից այդ սերն ու աջակցությունը՝ վստահ եմ, որ շուտով կաշխատեմ Հայաստանում: Կոնկրետ պլաններ ունեմ: Միշտ մտածել եմ այսպես. եթե ցանկանում ես ինչ-որ բան անել, պետք է անես դա: Երբ «Տնից հեռու» նախագծում նկարահանվելու համար հանդիպեցի Վարդան Սարգսյանին, նրան ասացի, որ անհամբերությամբ սպասում եմ, թե երբ եմ աշխատելու Հայաստանում, երբ եմ այդտեղ լինելու: Ինչ վերաբերում է իմ ծրագրերի մանրամասներին, ապա դրանք բացահայտելու համար դեռ վաղ է, թող անակնկալ լինի:
