1. Կիտրոն։ Թևատակերի մաշկը սպիտակեցնելու գործում կարող են օգնել ցիտրուսային մրգերը։ Ընդամենը հարկավոր է կիսել կիտրոնը և քսել խնդրահարույց հատվածներին։ Կիտրոնն օգտագործելուց հետո հարկավոր չէ դեզոդորանտ օգտագործել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ պետք է հիշել, որ կիտրոն օգտագործելուց հետո չի կարելի արևի ճառագայթների տակ մնալ։

2. Յոգուրտ։ Յոգուրտը վիտամիններ ու ճարպաթթուներ է պարունակում, որոնք օգտակար են մաշկի համար։ 2 ճաշի գդալ յոգուրտը քսեք մաշկի մգացած հատվածներին և թողեք 15-20 րոպե։ Սրանից հետո կարող եք նաև կիտրոն քսել. այս դեպքում ազդեցությունն ավելի լավը կլինի։

3. Բրնձի ալյուր և քացախ։ 20 գրամ բրնձի ալյուրը՝ 2 ճաշի գդալ, խառնեք նույնքան քացախի հետ։ Քսեք թևատակերի հատվածին։ Սպասեք 20 րոպե, լվացեք տաք ջրով։Այս միջոցը շատ արդյունավետ է, քանի որ քացախը թթուներ է պարունակում, որոնք սպանում են բակտերիաներին, որոնք սնվում են մեռած մաշկով։ Օգտագործեք սա ամեն շաբաթ, մինչև թևատակերը սպիտակեն։

4. Վարունգ և քրքում։ 1 վարունգի հյութը խառնեք 1 թեյի գդալ քրքումի հետ։ Քսեք թևատակերին, սպասեք 30 րոպե։ Սա հարկավոր օգտագործել շաբաթվա ընթացքում 2 անգամ։

5. Կարտոֆիլի հյութ։ Բամբակը թրջեք կարտոֆիլի հյութի մեջ, դրեք թևատակերին, թողեք մեկ ժամ։ Թևատակերը լվացեք տաք ջրով։
