Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը պատերազմ սկսելու ծրագիր չունի. քաղաքագետ

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի համակարտության հարցում Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել: Ադրբեջանը հակամարտության ողջ ընթացքում փորձել է ստիպել միջազգային հանրությանը և Հայաստանին ընդունել իր պայմանները և այդ քաղաքականությունը մինչև հիմա շարունակվում է: Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց Ռազմավարական և ազգային հետազոտությունների հայկական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Մանվել Սարգսյանը:
«Այս տարիների ընթացքում նրանք փոխել են իրենց ուզածին հասնելու միջոցները միայն, սակայն նրանց դիրքորոշումը և ցանկությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցում չեն փոխվել: Նրանք մեծացրել են զենքերի տրամաչափը, փորձում են այս եղանակով հասնել իրենց ուզածին, սակայն լայնածավալ գործողություններ սկսելու ծրագիր այս պահին, իմ կարծիքով, չունեն, քանի որ պատերազմը, որի նպատակը հակառակորդին ոչնչացնելն է, հեշտ բան չէ: Դու կարող ես սկսել պատերազմը ու հետո չհասկանալ, թե այդ ամենն ուր է տանում»,- ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ, Ռուսաստանից մեծ քանակությամբ զենքեր գնելով` Ադրբեջանը գնում է հակամարտության գոտում անընդհատ լարվածություն առաջացնելու քայլերի՝ օգտագործելով մեծ տրամաչափի զինատեսակներ` աշխարհին ցույց տալու համար, որ դա է այն ճանապարհը, որով գնում է Ադրբեջանը: «Ես այստեղ հստակ ռազմավարություն եմ տեսնում: Այդ երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի վերջին ելույթներից էլ երևում է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի ցանկանում ընդունել որևէ պայման, որը թույլ կտա տարածաշրջանում վերահսկել իրավիճակը: Նրանք այդ մասին բաց խոսում են, որ ոչինչ չեն ընդունելու, քանի որ ա յդ ամենը սառեցնում է ստատուս քվոն»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը:
Սեպտեմբերին ադրբեջանական կողմը լարվածություն էր հրահրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում` գնդակոծության թիրախում պահելով նաև ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերը: Հայկական գյուղերը նյութական լուրջ վնասներ են կրել, դպրոցներում դասերն ընդհատվել էին, դաշտերում որոշ ժամանակով անվտանգության նկատառումներով կանգ էր առել գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքը: Ադրբեջանական կրակահերթերից վիրավորվել են ինչպես զինծառայողներ, այնպես էլ խաղաղ բնակիչներ, իսկԲերդավան և Պառավաքար գյուղերում երեք քաղաքացիական անձ է սպանվել:
