ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը նորմալ է համարում 4-տոկոսանոց գնաճը Հայաստանի նման երկրներում: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով պարենային շուկայում նկատված
«Գնաճը պետք է բնականոն մակարդակի վրա լինի: Այսօրվա դրությամբ մենք ունենք դեֆլյացիա, և նորմալ է, որ մեր նման տնտեսություններն ունենան շուրջ 4-տոկոսանոց գնաճ: Դա նաև տնտեսական աճին է նպաստում, որովհետև եթե կա գնանկում, դա որոշակիորեն տուգանում է տնտեսական աճը, որովհետև տնտեսավարողների մոտ ներդրումներ անելու ու գործունեությունն ընդլայնելու հակախթան է առաջանում: Սա տնտեսագիտական կատեգորիա է, և նորմալ է, որ մենք միջնաժամկետում գանք 4 տոկոս գնաճի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Արամյանը՝ ավելելով, որ գնաճի վրա ազդում են տարբեր ցուցանիշներ, և՛ արտաքին աշխարհից եկող բացասական ազդեցությունները, և՛ ներքին տնտեսությունում պահանջարկի շեմը:
«Բնականաբար, Կենտրոնական բանկն իր ջանքերը պետք է ուղղի, որպեսզի գնաճը հետ բերի 4-տոկոսանոց թիրախային միջավայրի, ինչն անում է»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:
ՀՀ պետական բյուջեով 2017-ին նախատեսվում է 4±1.5 տոկոս գնաճի ցուցանիշ:
