ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետական բյուջեով 50 միլիարդ դրամով կապիտալ ծախսերի ավելացման մասին հայտարարում է ընտրություններից հետո, որպեսզի որևէ մեկը պոպուլիզմով զբաղվելու մեղադրանք չներկայացներ: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ արձագանքելով Ֆինանսների նախարարի հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի՝ եկամուտների աճի պարագայում գործադիրն ավելացնելու է կապիտալ ծախսերը 50 մլրդ դրա մով, իրականացնելու արտաքին ֆինանսավորմամբ նախատեսվող 98 միլիոն դոլարի ծրագրեր:   

Առաջին եռամսյակում Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի աշխատանքը գնահատելով լավ՝ վարչապետը նշեց, որ դա է կառավարությանն իրավունք տվել գնալու նման գործողությունների: «Մենք այս քայլին գիտակցաբար էինք գնում և հատուկ ընտրություններից հետո ենք ասում, որպեսզի որևէ մեկը մեզ չմեղադրեր, թե պոպուլիզմով ենք զբաղվում: Այս լուծումը մեզ մոտ նախապատրաստված էր մինչև ընտրություններ: Մենք շատ լավ գիտակցում ենք, որ ՊԵԿ-ի առջև դնում ենք բավականին ծանր խնդիր: Սա ընդհանրապես աննախադեպ է, երբ տարվա ընթացքում պլանը գերակատարելով, գնում ենք ծրագրերի փոփխության»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Վարչապետը նշեց, որ ՊԵԿ-ից սպասում են բարեփոխումների 2-րդ փուլի ծրագիրը և ամեն կերպ աջակցելու են դրա իրականացմանը:

«Մենք շատ լավ գիտակցում ենք, թե ինչ խնդիր ենք դրել և տարեվերջին՝ գնահատական տալուց, հաշվի ենք առնելու այս բոլոր փոփոխությունները»,- ընդգծեց վարչապետը՝ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարելով պետական բյուջեի ծախսային մասով փոփոխությունների առաջարկությունները ներկայացնել 2-3 օրվա ընթացքում:
