Ալիեւը պարգեւատրել է ազատ խոսքը խեղդողներին. «Ազադլըգ»

Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդ Իլհամ Ալիեւը հաստատել է երկրում քաղբանտարկյալների խնդրի հետեւում իր կանգնած լինելը` պարգեւատրելով իրեն հավատարիմ «գործիչներին», որոնք խեղդում են ազատ խոսքն Ադրբեջանում:
Այս մասին, գրում է «Ազադլըգ» թերթը` նշելով, որ ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Ադրբեջանում բոլոր բնագավառները գտնվում են իշխանության վերհսկողության տակ եւ բոլոր տեսակի անօրինակությունները կատարվում են վերեւների պատվերով:
Թերթը գրում է, որ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Ալիեւի կողմից մի խումբ դատախազների պարգեւատրության արժանանալը մեկ անգամ եւս հաստատում է վերոնշյալը:
Ըստ թերթի` պարգեւատրվածների ցուցակից երեւում է, որ Ալիեւի ուշադրությանն արժանացած իրավապահների մեջ են նաեւ աղմկալից ձերբակալությունների հետ կապված հետաքննություն կատարած այն քննիչները, ովքեր վարել են իրավապաշտպաններ Լեյլա Յունուսի, Ինթիգամ Ալիեւի, լրագրող Խադիջա Իսմայիլովայի, քաղաքական գործիչ Անար Մամեդլիի, հասարակական գործիչ Ռաուֆ Միրկադիրովի եւ այլ քաղաքական բանտարկյալների դեմ բացված կեղծ քրեական գործերը: Պարգեւատրվածների մեջ են նաեւ օրերս Meydan TV հեռուստաալիքի աշխատակիցներին ապօրինաբար հարցաքննած քննիչները:
«Ինչպես երեւում է` Ադրբեջանի նախագահը խթանել է ամբողջ աշխարհի կողմից «խղճի բանտարկյալ» ճանաչված անմեղ մարդկանց կեղծ մեղադրանքներով դատապարտած անձանց: Նշանակում է` Ադրբեջանում կարեւորը ոչ թե արդարության ապահովումն է, իրավունքի գերակայությունը, մասնագիտական գործունեությունը պատվով կատարելը, այլ կառավարության պատվերը կատարելը: Այս մարդկանց պարգեւատրելով` երկրի ղեկավարը միաժամանակ ցույց տվեց, որ այդ ամբողջ գործընթացը հենց ինքն է ղեկավարում», -նշել է թերթը:
«Ազադլըգ»-ը գրում է, որ երկար տարիներ Ադրբեջանում պարգեւատրվում են կոռուպցիայի մեջ թաղված, ապօրինություններով անուն հանած, կառավարության կեղտոտ սցենարները կենսագործած մարդիկ: Այդ ցուցակում առաջին շարքում են դատարանների դատավորներ, քննիչներ:
«Այլընտրանքային կարծիքը խեղդելու, քննադատական կարծիքը շարքից հանելու, ճշմարտությունը հանրությանը հասցնողներին վնասազերծելու գործում իշխանության համար դատաիրավական համակարգը հանդիսանում է ամենաօգտակար միջոցը: Իշխանությունն իր անօրինական գործողությունները բացահայտողներին եւ հանրայնացնողներին լռեցնում է դատավորների, քննիչների ձեռքով: Նորմալ երկրում նման պարգեւները տրվում են անկախ եւ օբյեկտիվ հետազոտությունների, դատավճիռների համար: Մի խոսքով, երկրի ղեկավարը մեկ անգամ եւս ուղերձ հղեց, որ խիղճ ունեցող մարդկանց կեղծ մեղադրանքներով ձերբակալելը խրախուսվելու է Ադրբեջանում», -ամփոփել է թերթը:
