Վարչապետը յուրաքանչյուր մարզից երկու-երեք չեմպիոն ծրագիր է պահանջել իրավիճակը փոխելու համար

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության ապրիլի 6-ի նիստում անդրադարձավ տարածքային կառավարման վերլուծական կենտրոնին և տվեց հանձնարարականներ: «Շատ ենք խոսել տեղական ինքնակառավարման ինստիտուտների մասին, եթե այնտեղ չունենք էֆեկտիվ կառավարում, մենք ընդհանրապես վիճակը չենք կարողանալու փոխել: Այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունում մեկ ամիս է ստեղծել ենք վերլուծական կ ենտրոն, որի նպատակն է իրականացնել համայնքներում ֆինանսական գործունեության վերլուծություն, մոդելավորում, համեմատություն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը և ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարին հանձնարարեց մեկշաբաթյա ժամկետում ընտրել համայնքային զարգացման լավագույն ծրագրերը և կառավարության աշխատակազմում կազմակերպել քննարկում:
«Խոսքը յուրաքանչյուր մարզից երկու-երեք չեմպիոն ծրագրերի մասին է, խորհրդակցությանը ներկա լինեն նաև մարզպետները, խորհրդակցության ժամանակ հայտարարելու ենք, թե գերմանական կառավարության հետ 200 համայնքապետերին ինչ սկզբունքով ենք ընտրում՝ համապատասխան դասընթացները կազմակերպելու համար, նաև հայտարարելու ենք, թե երբ է սկսում մարզպետների դասընթացներն ամերիկյան համալսարանում»,- ասաց նա:
Վարչապետը հորդորեց նաև մեկշաբաթյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջին վերլուծական նյութը՝ համայնքային ենթակայության տակ գտնվող մանկապարտեզների ֆինանսական գործունեության ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների մասին և երեքշաբաթյա ժամկետում ներկայացնել համայնքային ենթակայության տակ գտնվող դպրոցների ֆինանսական գործունեության, մարզերում աղբահանության և սանմաքրման ոլորտի վերաբերյալ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների մասին: «Վերլուծական կենտրոնը պետք է համանման համայնքների բյուջեների անհամաչափությունը վերլուծի, եե մենք դա արդեն թվայնացրել ենք, ապա այդ կարմիր լամպերը միանշանակ այսօր պետք է վառվեն»,- ասաց նա։
