Պուտինը կարևոր հայտարարություն է արել

Գործնականում ԱՊՀ բոլոր երկրները ահաբեկչական հարձակումների վտանգի տակ են: Այս մասին գրում է «РИА Новости»-ն՝ վկայակոչելով Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հայտարարությունը:
«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ իրավիճակը, ցավոք, չի բարելավվում: Եվ դրա ամենալավ հաստատումը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի վերջերս տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձություններն են: Ահաբեկչական գործողությունների արդյունքում մարդիկ են զոհվել, շատ տուժածներ»,- ասել է Պուտինը՝ ԱՊՀ երկրների անվտանգության մարմինների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպմանը:
Նախագահը հիշեցրել է, որ ահաբեկչությունից բացի կան շատ ուրիշ վտանգներ մեր երկրների համար: Դրանց թվում են կազմակերպված հանցագործությունները, թմրաբիզնեսը, կաշառակերությունը և արտաքին ուժերի ազդեցությունը ներքաղաքական իրավիճակում:
Պուտինը նշել է, որ Միության երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունները արդյունավետորեն համագործակցում են: «Լավ միություն է ստացվել, շատ լավ համագործակցություն՝ մեր երկրների գլխավոր մարտահրավերների հարցում աշխատանքում»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
ՌԴ նախագահը նշել է, որ այդ հանդիպումը հոբելյանական իրադարձություն է, քանի որ 25 տարի առաջ ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում համաձայնություն էր ստորագրվել կարևորագույն ուղղությունների շուրջ հատուկ ծառայությունների համագործակցման մասին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 4-ին Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցավ ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների անվտանգության մարմինների և հատուկ ծառայությունների ղեկավարների հերթական XIV խորհրդակցության նիստը՝ նվիրված 1992 թվականին Ալմա-Աթայում ստորագրված «ԱՊՀ պետությունների հետախուզական ծառայությունների գործունեության հիմնական սկզբունքների» շուրջ համաձայնագրի 25-րդ տարեդարձին:
