Պուտինը Հայաստանն է՞լ է թիրախ համարում

1in.am-ը գրում է.
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Մոսկվայում ընդունելով ԱՊՀ երկրների անվտանգության ծառայությունների և հետախուզության ղեկավարներին, որոնք ՌԴ մայրաքաղաք են ժամանել ԱՊՀ այդ ֆորմատով հավաքի համար, հայտարարել է, որ ԱՊՀ գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր երկիր ահաբեկության պոտենցիալ թիրախ է:
Պուտինն այդ մարտահրավերին դիմագրավելու համար անհրաժեշտ է համարում ավելի ու ավելի սերտ և համակարգված աշխատանքը անվտանգության ոլորտում: Որպես իր մտահոգության օրինակ՝ ՌԴ նախագահը բերել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ապրիլի 3-ին տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությունը: Մետրոյում պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհվեց 14 մարդ, տասնյակ մարդիկ վիրավորվեցին: Այդ սարսափելի ոճրի համար կասկածվում է ծագումով ղրղըզ 23-ամյա մի երիտասարդ, որը բնակվում է Ռուսաստանում:
Ահաբեկությունը դարձել է իսկապես 21-րդ դարի մի անկասելի թվացող չարիք, որը սահման չի ճանաչում: Ընդամենը մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ ծայրահեղական մահապարտը մի քանի մարդ սպանեց Լոնդոնում: Նախօրեին՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ողբերգությունը, որին զոհ դարձան տասնյակից ավելի՝ հիմնականում երիտասարդ, պատանի մարդիկ: Որտեղ է չարիքը հարվածելու վաղը՝ դժվար է ասել, բայց որ զգոն պետք է լինեն բոլորը՝ միարժեք է: Բոլորը, անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ թվում է, թե չկա պատճառ ահաբեկիչների ուշադրության կենտրոնում հայտնվելու, նրանք չունեն պատճառ քեզ թիրախավորելու:
