«Ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ եվրոպական դիտորդների վերջնական գնահատականից է կախված, թե Հայաստանը մաս կկազմի՝ այս օրերին մեկնարկող ԵՄ հարևանության «Յունկեր» ծրագրին, որը լուրջ գումարներ է տրամադրելու հարևանության երկրներին՝ Մոլդովա, Ուկրաինա, Հայաստան, որից, ի դեպ, մենք օգտվել ենք 2014-2017թթ.՝ անկախ ասոցացումից։ Փուլային տրանշներով տրվող այդ գումարը նախատեսված է հանրային կառավարման, արդարադատության, մասնավոր սեկտորի զարգացման համար։ Որքան է գումարի չափը՝ հետաքրքրվեցինք ԱԺ արտաքին կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանից։ «Մոտ 180 մլն. եվրո»։
Դե, դա առ ոչինչ է Ծառուկյանի խոստացած 15, կոմունիստների՝ 16, վարչապետի՝ 3,2 միլիարդի դիմաց, սակայն կարևոր է որպես ԵՄ ինտեգրման քաղաքական կոմպոնենտ, կարծո՞ւմ եք, որ ընտրությունների այնպիսի գնահատական կստանաք, որ ԵՄ-ն կտա այն։ «Լավ ընտրություններն առաջին հերթին մեզ էին պետք, կարծում եմ՝ մենք ամեն ինչ արեցինք դրա համար։ Դատելով եվրոպացի գործընկերների տված նախնական գնահատականից, վստահաբար կարող եմ ասել՝ համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի, նոյեմբեր ամսին էլ կկնքվի այդքան սպասված նոր համաձայնագիրը»»,– գրում է թերթը։
