Հին ժամանակներում մարդիկ այս մթերքը «ոսկե» էին անվանում և դրա համար լավ պատճառ ունեին՝ ձիթապտղի յուղը այժմ հանդիսանում է շատ քսուքների, շապունների և բալզամների հիմք։

Լոգանք բաղնիքում


Հին հռոմեացի կանայք երկար ժամեր էին անցկացնում լոգարանում՝ պարբերաբար փոխելով տաք և սառը ջրերը։

Արոմաթերապիա


Մերսումը միշտ էլ կանանց համար հաճելի բան է եղել, իսկ երբ մերսմանը ավելացնում են արոմա յուղեր, գործընթացը աննկարագրելի է դառնում։

Տարիներ շարունակ կանայք օգտագործել են հինայի և բասմայի տարբեր խառնուրդներ՝ մազերն ավելի ամրացնելու, դրանք առողջացնելու և ցանկալի գույնը ստանալու համար։
