Բրոնխիտը ըստ տևողության դասակարգվում է 2 կարգի՝ սուր և քրոնիկական բրոնխիտ:Սուր բրոնխիտը տևում է 1-3 շաբաթ և հեշտությամբ բուժվում է:Իսկ քրոնիկական բրոնխիտը տևում է 3 ամսից մինչև 2 տարի:Քրոնիկական բրոնխիտի դեպքում բուժօգնության և խնամքի խիստ կարիք է լինում:

Բանանով քսուք հազի դեմ

Անհրաժեշտ բաղադրիչները՝

  • 2 միջին չափի հասած բանան, նախընտրելի է՝ կետերով
  • 2 ճ. գ. մեղր
  • Շաքարավազ
  • 400 մլ եռացած ջուր

Պատրաստումը՝

1. Պատրաստեք և մաքրեք բանանները:

2. Խառնեք բանանները փայտե կամ պլաստիկե գդալով, որպեսզի դրանք չսևանան:

3. Ավելացրեք շաքարավազ ըստ ճաշակի: Լավ խառնեք:

4. Եթե ուզում եք խառնուրդին մեղր ավելացնել, թողեք այն նախ սառի, որպեսզի մեղրը չկորցնի իր սննդանյութերը բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում:

5. Վրան եռացած ջուր լցրեք և խառնուրդը ծածկեք 30 րոպեով:

Եթե նախընտրում եք պյուրե առանց մանր մասնիկների, բլենդեր օգտագործեք ցանկալի արդյունքի համար:Խորհուրդ է տրվում քսուքն օգտագործել օրական առնվազն 4 անգամ ամեն օր:Նոր խառնուրդը պետք է պատրաստվի և օգտագործվելուց առաջ տաքացվի ամեն օր:Արդյունքը մի քանի օր անց կտեսնեք:
