Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումը հրապարակել է 2015-2016 թվականների գծով Գլոբալ մրցունակության զեկույցը, որում Ադրբեջանը նշված է սեփականության ամենավատ պաշտպանության 40 երկրների շարքում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլըգ»-ը գրում է, որ տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Ռովշան Աղաեւը facebook-ի իր էջում ուշադրության է հրավիրել զեկույցում նշված մի քանի պահերի:
Սեփականության իրավունքի հետ կապված, անցյալ տարվա համեմատ, Ադրբեջանը 10 կետով հետընթաց է ունեցել եւ 140 երկրների մեջ զբաղեցրել 101-րդ տեղը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանը հանդիսանում է սեփականության ամենավատ պաշտպանության 40 երկրներից մեկը:
Մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքի պաշտպանության գծով Ադրբեջանը հետընթաց է ունեցել 12 կետով եւ զբաղեցրել 92-րդ տեղը:
Ներդրողների պաշտպանության բնագավառում Ադրբեջանը հետ է ընկել 28 կետով եւ հայտնվել զեկույցի 50-րդ տեղում:
Ազգային տնտեսության մրցակցային կարողության համար շատ կարեւոր ենթաինդիկատորներ են կրթությունը եւ մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացումը որոշող ցուցանիշները, որոնցում Ադրբեջանը մնացել է 100-ից ցածր շարքերում: Օրինակ` տարրական կրթության ընդգրկման մակարդակով Ադրբեջանը գտնվում է 105-րդ տեղում, կրթական համակարգի որակի գծով` 107-րդ, տարրական կրթության որակի գծով` 106-րդ տեղում, գրում է «Ազադլըգ»-ը:
