«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հանրապետական կուսակցության, այսպես կոչված, օդիոզ կոնտինգենտը վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ու երիտասարդ, նոր թիմի ցուցանակի ներքո գործնականում ամբողջ կազմով հայտնվել է խորհրդարանում՝ ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի միջոցով: Իհարկե, Շմայսը դուրս է մնացել եւ մի քանի այլ «կարկառուն դեմքեր», սակայն ընդհանուր կազմը կլինի խորհրդարանում: Ավելին, հենց այդ կազմն է, ինչ խոսք՝ նաեւ Շմայսը, մնացյալ դուրս մնացածների հետ, ապահովել ՀՀԿ բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը: Ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի սահմանումը այլ խնդիր չուներ էլ: Դրա միակ նպատակը եղել է ՀՀԿ մեծամասնություն ապահովելը, քանի որ լիներ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, թե հրեշտակի թեւերով որեւէ մեկը՝ ՀՀԿ ներկայիս վարկանիշը չէր կարող բարձրացնել 50 տոկոսի, այն էլ մի դեպքում, երբ այդ վարկանիշը ոչ թե զրոյից, այլ մինուսից պետք է բարձրանար:

Այսպիսով, ունենք իրավիճակ, երբ ՀՀԿ-ն ներկայացել է, այսպես ասած, բյուրեղյա ցուցակով, նոր ցուցանակով, նոր դեմքերով, բայց խորհրդարանում է հայտնվել հների կամ, այսպես ասած, ՀՀԿ-ի «80-ականների զենքերի» շնորհիվ: ՀՀԿ-ն «հաղթել» է, եւ այժմ պետք է սկսվի հաղթական «ավարի» բաժանումը: Անգամ նրանք, ովքեր դուրս են մնացել, պետք է ստանան իրենց բաժինը կամ առնվազն ակնկալեն, հայացքով գոնե, որով ամեն անգամ կնայեն Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Ի վերջո, նրանք պարտվել են իրենց իսկ կուսակիցների հետ արդար «մարտում», բայց չէ՞ որ ձայն են բերել ՀՀԿ-ին՝ կուսակցությանը:

Դրան զուգահեռ՝ ՀՀԿ նոր դեմքերը կամ, այսպես ասած, նոր թիմը հավակնում է իշխանության: Ստացվում է, որ հին «զենքերը» նորերին բերում են իշխանության: Ինչո՞ւ: Միամի՞տ են, թե՞ դրա դիմաց ստանալու են չափազանց թանկ փոխհատուցում: Ի՞նչ տեսքով, ո՞ւմ հաշվին: Թե՞ ռեյտինգային օդիոզ կազմը ամենեւին էլ չի պատրաստվում զիջել իշխանությունը եւ պահանջելու է, որ իրենց աշխատանքի եւ տքնանքի գնով իշխանության եկած նոր դեմքերը կամ նոր կազմը ընտրություններից հետո արդեն աշխատեն իրենց համար:

ՀՀԿ-ում իսկապես առաջանում է հետաքրքրական իրավիճակ՝ ով է տանելու հաղթանակի դափնին: Ակնհայտ է մի բան, որ գործնականում անհնար է կոմպրոմիսը, եթե դրված է համակարգային բարեփոխումների խնդիր: Այսինքն՝ չեն կարող լինել բարեփոխումներ, եթե «80-ականների զենքը» դուրս չի գրվում իշխանությունից: Եթե իշխանության մեջ շարունակվում է նորի եւ հնի խաղաղ գոյակցությունը, ապա դա կնշանակի, որ լճացումն է շարունակվելու, պարզապես լճի մեջ մի քիչ նոր ջուր կավելացնեն, որ ճահճացում չսկսվի:

Իսկ Կարեն Կարապետյանն, օրինակ, կգնա՞ նման կոմպրոմիսի: Թե՞ որոշողը լինելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանը, եւ նա ուրախ կլինի, եթե Կարապետյանը կոմպրոմիսի չգնա: Այդ դեպքում նրան կրկին կճանապարհեն Ռուսաստան, իսկ մինչեւ 2022 թվական մի նոր բան հաստատ կմտածեն: Առավել եւս, որ կարծես թե ընդդիմադիր դաշտում նոր բան մտածող չկա»:
