ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունում կայացել է ականազերծման միջազգային օրվան նվիրված քննարկում

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում ԱԻՆ-ի և Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման ազգային պլատֆորմի նախաձեռնությամբ ապրիլի 4-ին կայացել է քննարկում-հանդիպում՝ նվիրված ականազերծման միջազգային օրվան: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հավելելով. «Միջոցառման նպատակն էր կրկին բարձրաձայնել ականային վտանգի մասին, հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրել ականային վտանգի իրազեկման և ականազերծման գործունեությանն աջակցելու կարևորությանը, գործընկեր և շահագրգիռ կազմակերպություններին ներկայացնել հումանիտար ականազերծման առումով Հայաստանում առկա իրավիճակը, ձեռքբերումներն ու խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև՝ քննարկել հետագա համագործակցության հնարավորությունները:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Նազարյանը, ՊՆ և Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներ, տասից ավելի միջազգային կառույցների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների անդամներ:
Մանսակիցներին ողջունեց ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, ով մասնավորապես նշեց.
- Օրվա խորհրդին համահունչ՝ հանդիպումը նպատակ ունի ականազերծման ոլորտում համագործակցության նոր մեկնարկ տալ, քննարկման արդյունքում ձևավորել այն հարթակը, որը կհանդիսանա հիմնական անելիքների սկզբնատեղին:
Ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկան նաև ՄԱԶԾ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի մշտական համակարգողի տեղակալ Դմիտրի Մարիասին և Հայկական Կարմիր Խաչ ընկերության գլխավոր քարտուղար Աննա Եղիազարյանը:
«Հումանիտար ականազերծման և փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Ռ.Առաքելյանը զեկուցեց իրենց կողմից Հայաստանում տարվող աշխատանքի, ինչպես նաև՝ ձեռքբերումների, մարտահրավերների և ապագա ծրագրերի մասին, որը ներառում էր համագործակցություն ինչպես Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության, այնպես էլ՝ այլ գերատեսչությունների հետ:
Քննարկելով բնակչության պաշտպանության համատեքստում հումանիտար ականազերծման խնդիրներն ու միջազգային և տեղական կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցության հեռանկարները՝ ներկաներն առաջ քաշեցին ոլորտում առկա հիմնական խնդիրներն ու առաջնային լուծում պահանջող հարցերը:
Նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը շեշտեց, որ ոլորտի կարողությունների և հագեցվածության առումով նկատելի առաջընթաց կա, սակայն լուրջ անելիքներ կան սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակչության իրազեկվածության ուղղությամբ:
- Համայնքների համաչափ զարգացման նպատակով և աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման համատեքստում շատ կարևոր է համայնքների համաչափ զարգացման ծրագրում ընդգրկել ականազերծման բաղադրիչը: Շնորհակալություն բոլորին՝ միասին այս կարևոր օրը նշելու և ոլորտի հարցերը քննարկելու համար: Հավատով ենք, որ շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների հետ համագործակցելով կշարունակենք մեր աշխատանքը,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
