Պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստանում է Բելառուսի զինված ուժերի պատվիրակությունը

ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի հրավերով հոկտեմբերի 1-5-ը պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում է Բելառուսի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ, գեներալ-մայոր Օլեգ Բալակոնևը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, այցի ծրագրի շրջանակներում հոկտեմբերի 1-ին գեներալ-մայոր Օլեգ Բալակոնևն առանձնազրույց է ունեցել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի հետ, որից հետո հանդիպումը շարունակվել է ընդլայնված ձևաչափով` պատվիրակությունների կազմով:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են հայ-բելառուսական երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությանը վերաբերվող հարցեր: Մասնավորապես, մեծապես կարևորվել է համագործակցությունը ռազմավարական և օպերատիվ պլանավորման, մարտական պատրաստության, հետախուզության, կապի, զորքերի ավտոմատ կառավարման բնագավառներում: Պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել այս և երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք այլ ոլորտներում կոնկրետ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ: Կողմերը կարծիքներ են փոխանակել նաև երկու երկրների շուրջ ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրության վերաբերյալ:
Այնուհետև գեներալ-մայոր Օլեգ Բալակոնևին ընդունել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ-ում Բելառուսի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկը: Ընդգծելով դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակը` Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդգծել է ռազմաքաղաքական մակարդակում սերտ համագործակցության կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական ներուժը` համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման համար:
Նույն օրը Բելառուսի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ, գեներալ-մայոր Օլեգ Բալակոնևի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը, ԲՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Մեծ Եղեռնի զոհերի հիշատակին նիրված հուշահամալիր, որտեղ ծաղկեպսակ է տեղադրել և շրջայց կատարել թանգարանում:
Այցի ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում են նաև ԲՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի այցելությունները ՀՀ ռազմարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններ և մի շարք այլ հանդիպումներ: Հոկտեմբերի 4-ին Բելառուսի Հանրապետության բարձրաստիճան զինվորական պատվիրակությունը կմասնակցի նաև Հայաստանում անցկացվող ՀԱՊԿ «Անխախտելի եղբայրություն» խաղաղապահ զորավարժության ակտիվ փուլին և փակման արարողություններին:
