Վերջին օրերին հայկական մամուլի լրահոսում ամենահաճախ հայտնված անունը Տիգրան Մուկուչյանինն է, ինչը պայմանավորված է Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններով։

Wnews.am-ը ներկայացնում է Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանին և իր ընտանիքը։

Ծնվել է 1969թ. փետրվարի 8-ին Երևանում: 1986-1987թթ սովորել է թիվ 13 պրոֆտեխուսումնարանի «Ռադիոէլկտրոնային սարքերի մոնտաժող» բաժնում: 1987-1989թթ ծառայել է խորհրդային զինված ուժերում:

1989-1995թթ. սովորել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետում: 1989–1991թթ. աշխատել է Երևանի «Հայարդկապ» փորձարարական գործարանում որպես ֆրեզերագործի աշակերտ, ապա` ֆրեզերագործ:

1991-1993 թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի ֆինանսատնտեսական վարչությունում որպես էլեկտրամոնտյոր:
1993-1995թթ աշխատել է ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի քարտուղարության իրավաբանական բաժնում որպես ավագ վիճակագիր:
1995-1996թթ աշխատել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի իրավաբանական բաժնում որպես ավագ խորհրդատու:
1996-1997թթ աշխատել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի իրավաբանական ծառայությունում որպես իրավաբանական-տեղեկատվական կենտրոնի ղեկավար:
1997-1998թթ. աշխատել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում որպես իրավաբանական բաժնի պետ:
1998թ.(ապրիլ-օգոստոս) զբաղեցրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականի, այնուհետև` քաղաքապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնները:
1996-1998թթ եղել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամ:
1998-2000թթ եղել է որպես ՀՀ վիճակագրության, վերլուծության և պետական ռեգիստրի նախարարի տեղակալ, ՀՀ ձեռնարկությունների պետական ռեգիստրի վարչության պետ:
2000-2003թթ. աշխատել է որպես ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ, պետական ռեգիստրի պետ:

2003-2005թթ. աշխատել է որպես ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ: 2005թ-2007թթ. եղել է ՀՀ քաղաքացիական գործերով վերաքննիչ դատարանի նախագահ:
2008-2010թթ. եղել է ՀՀ վարչական դատարանի նախագահ:
2010-2011թթ. եղել է ՀՀ վարչական վերաքննիչ դատարանի նախագահ:
2011թ. սեպտեմբերին ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, ընտրվել հանձնաժողովի նախագահ:

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ամուսնացած է, ունի չորս երեխա:

Նրա կինը՝ Իննա Շահնազարյանը, 2014 թվականից մինչև օրս աշխատում է ՀՀ Արդարադատության Նախարարության Երևան քաղաքի «Կենտրոն» նոտարական տարածքի նոտար:

Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանձ հայտարարագրում նշված է, որ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ունի 5 մլն 620,000 դրամ, 12,700 ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Նրա տարեկան եկամուտը կազմում է 7 մլն 887 հազար դրամ, որը գոյանում է աշխատավարձից։

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանի կինը հայտարարագրել է 2մլն 100,000 դրամ, 14,100 ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Նրա տարեկան եկամուտը կազմում է 6 մլն 614 հազար դրամ։
