Միացյալ Նահանգները հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ

Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունը տարածել է Միացյալ Նահանգների հայտարարությունը Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ:
«ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունը շնորհավորում է Հայաստանի ժողովրդին ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների առիթով, որին նախորդել էր կուսակցությունների ու քաղաքական դաշինքների միջև ընթացող մրցակցային պայքարը մի այնպիսի միջավայրում, որտեղ լրատվամիջոցները հասանելի էին բոլոր տեսակի դիրքորոշումների համար:
Քվեարկությանը օրն ընդհանուր առմամբ հանգիստ էր ու կանոնավոր Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում, և ընտրողները կարող էին ազատ իրացնել իրենց ձայնի իրավունքը: ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունը համամիտ է ԵԱՀԿ Մարդու իրավունքների ու ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների գրասենյակի (ԺՀՄԻԳ) դիտորդական առաքելության նախնական գնահատման հետ, որտեղ նշվում է, որ ընտրությունները լավ էին կազմակերպված և ընդհանուր առմամբ ապահովված էր հարգանքը հիմնարար ազատությունների հանդեպ՝ միաժամանակ նկատելով, որ «ընտրությունների վրա հետք են թողել ընտրակաշառքների վերաբերյալ արժանահավատ տեղեկություններն» ու ընտրողների վրա գործադրված ճնշումները:
Հայաստանի կառավարությանը, կուսակցություններին ու քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը հորդորում ենք աշխատել միասին՝ գոյություն ունեցող կամ նոր իրավակիրառ մեխանիզմների միջոցով փարատելու այս մտահոգությունները:
25 տարիների ընթացքում Միացյալ Նահանգները հետևողականորեն աջակցել է Հայաստանին՝ ժողովրդավարական գործընթացների ու հաստատությունների զարգացման ճանապարհին: Այս ընտրություններին մենք հպարտ էինք գործակցել Հայաստանի կառավարության, ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների, քաղաքացիական հասարակության, ինչպես նաև Եվրամիության, Գերմանիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի հետ՝ ներդնելու ընտրողների նույնականացման նոր տեխնիկական համակարգը: Այս նոր սարքավորումների միջոցով ապրիլի 2-ին տեղամասերում հնարավոր եղավ ապահովել ընտրական ընթացակարգեր ն առանց լուրջ միջադեպերի և Հայաստանի ընտրական օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ուղենիշների համաձայն:
Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակելու է դիտարկել և վերլուծել միջազգային ու տեղական դիտորդների զեկույցները, ինչպես նաև ընտրությունների հետ կապված բողոքների դատական կարգով լուծումը հետընտրական շրջանում:
Այժմ, երբ ընտրության արդյունքները հայտնի են, մենք խրախուսում ենք բոլոր կողմերին՝ կառավարությանը, ընդդիմությանը և քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը, շարունակել իրենց ներգրավվածությունը խաղաղ բանավեճերին ու քննարկումներին»:
